The water heater didn't even work, yet somehow the inspector missed it--so I spent my first three weeks bonding with cold showers. The warranty company wouldn't cover it since the issue existed before I moved in. On top of that, I had to replace both toilets right away. Somehow they missed that too. Of course, when I contacted them, they denied any responsibility and took zero accountability for their mistakes. He totally owned up to his mistake and for me that speaks volumes about a person. The actual inspection was pretty good as far as I can tell, I'm not an expert on these kinds of things but the report was very detailed and had a lot of photos. He flew a drone up to the roof to take a look and even pointed out minor details like staining on the carpet that I honestly didn't catch when I saw the property myself. Seems like he used infrared to check for water leaks when inspecting the plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen. In terms of pricing, he was one of the more expensive options but given the level of customer service he provided and the quality of the report I would say it's worth it.
