I was super specific about requesting them not based on the positive reviews. The place is clean and in a super cute neighborhood. I got there 5 min early and Tiara was on time and so sweet and SO talented. I've had makeup artists just want to finish the job, but she truly took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. After my makeup appt I went to check-in for hair and somehow the front desk had swapped me with another hair stylist. I kept showing her my confirmation, but she could care less and was so dismissive. Even though Tiara was with another client, when she saw what was going on, she immediately stepped away and came over to help. She spoke to Juan and got him to swap clients with someone else so he could do my hair. He, of course, did an incredible job and was super fast to make sure I got out on time. Huge kudos for Tiara for not only being an incredible makeup artist but also for taking care of me even though it wasn't her job!!

I, of course, tipped my stylist and left the salon reiterating that they did not have my permission to charge my credit card. Upon checking my credit card account two days later, I found that they charged my credit card without my consent. To everyone reading this, be aware and I would not frequent this place.
