David and Marie Mancini spent a phenomenal amount of time and effort assisting us by talking with my husband and me, and based on our discussions, presented a multitude of catalogs from which we could select what we felt would match our exterior decor. And, when we finally saw what was the "eye-catcher" for our home, they immediately checked on availability. There was not a thing to be left to the imagination as they ordered samples of the various styles of these fixtures for us so that we could be sure these thirty-three new pieces would thoroughly enhance our home. Pricing is reasonable and more than competitive. When we received the samples, we were thrilled. The rest is history. Peter was quick to respond and for each job he did, he clearly communicated what he recommended, what was code and associated costs. His services are very reasonably priced. A siding crew damaged a shutoff box outside and Peter came over that night (after hours) to deal with exposed wires to make it safe for us. He does quality work and we've been really happy with everything he's done here. He has installed new ceiling fans (not replacements), recessed lights, new lighting fixtures throughout the house, new smart technology, new outlets in the garage...the list goes on and on. We purchased our new home back in November of 2020, Justin kept in touch with me until March of this year. He was very professional, and not pushy at all. If I could give zero stars I would do so for both shoddy work and the horrible response when…read moreconfronted with the electrical issues created by this supposedly licensed electrician. E/R Electric (Eddie Rodgriguez) was the electrical subcontractor for my bathroom renovation project and installed a Panasonic Whisper-quiet exhaust fan with heater. He instructed my wife and I to "never run the heater and the exhaust fan simultaneously or you will burn up the motor". I should have questioned this at the time but was busy dealing with other major issues with the renovation. Well.. after the fan burned up for accidentally switching both on at the same time, I called a local electrician since we had other electrical work in the house to be done. The electrician who responded had to do a bit of research including discussing the issue on the phone with Panasonic customer support, and ultimately determined that the fan was wired incorrectly and installed with two hot wires connected (one for each the heater and exhaust) instead of a single hot wire to both as clearly spelled out in the wiring instructions for this fan. As this is a $400 fan, my new electrician suggested we reach out to E/R Electric, as he assumed it would save me money in parts and labor, fully expecting that Eddie Rodriguez would want to know he installed it incorrectly and fix the problem out of professional courtesy. Well this was the only thing my new electrician was wrong about, as Eddie reacted like a real jerk instead-- he refused to come and look at the issue, refused to speak to my new electrician, and basically just refused to be a decent person let alone a professional. So I paid nearly $2000 to have this repaired by the new electrician who was shocked at the response I received. He also found electrical code violations by E/R including multiple buried / hidden junction boxes and other technical shortfalls. Hopefully Eddie reads this and will learn to install these correctly, because now that the fan is wired correctly we CAN run the exhaust fan and heater simultaneously after all!! The entire situation and findings were so shocking that my new electrician has suggested I file a complaint with the state licensing board, which I am considering. Bottom line...DO NOT USE THIS ELECTRICIAN.

The problem started on a Friday night and we had our first renters coming for the season on Tuesday. Even with their extremely busy schedule Chris Electric made sure that they had a team there Friday night making sure we were safe throughout the weekend and first thing Monday they were there trouble shooting. On Tuesday I was in a panic that we were going to have to cancel on our renters, but Chris and Dan (the owners) made a point to come out that morning themselves to make sure everything was fixed and ready. I honestly can not thank them enough for getting the issue fixed on such a short timeline. We will be using them for all of our electrical work from now on.
