We picked out our bands, & mine needed to get resized. I was sized and thought I'd be able to go pick up the band in 2 weeks and that would be all. However they ordered the wrong size: three times. I went back and forth to the store 4 times to get my ring and it was incorrect each time. Not to mention that every time I'd go to the store to pick up the ring, they would make me wait over an hour to speak to someone because they were busy. When I requested a discount or at the very least store credit for the inconvenience and the fact that I'm a repeat customer, Mohamed the manager ignored my request and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I ended up returning the band and needless to say I will not be giving them any more business. It is clear that Helzberg does not care about building a loyal customer base and therefore I will be taking my business elsewhere.
