I have been patronizing Michael's Pizza for over 15 years. It's pizza crust is second to none and the toppings are delicious. I was just there picking up my meatball sandwich. I arrived just as it was being removed from the oven. The guy handling the money grabbed my sandwich cut it in half and wrapped it in foil. He never washed his hands or put on gloves. Well, that's the last time I order from Michael's Pizza. I think there has been a change in ownership. Ordered an xl thin crust for pick up. They said it would be 30-40 minutes. I got there to pick it up in 30 minutes and had to wait about five minutes for my pizza. This was our first experience with Michaels and I first have to say that the extra large is a real extra large, it was huge! My wife is from Chicago and she loved it , we both did . She told my after we finished eating that this was the best pizza she has had outside of Chicago. We can't wait to try it again soon. read more

Came here for the first time because the reviews were pretty good. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and bbq pizza with a antipasto salad and hot wings. The pizzas were really good as well as the wings. The salad however, was not appealing at all. There was hardly any meat or cheese and there was green bell peppers inside. Kind of strange for a salad. It's still in the fridge. That's my only complaint. I wouldn't pay $10 for that salad again. Overall, we would definitely go back for the pizza. read more

Went in to order and once it was time to pay I used tap-to-pay and my card was locked (I have teens so I keep it locked) so I unlocked it went to try it again and the guy making an order in the back (not the cashier) told me if it didn't work they wouldn't take my order so we tried it and their machine got an error or something so he balled up my order saying he didn't have time to take my order and immediately started talking to the next customer like I wasn't even there...needless to say I won't be returning and I'll let everyone I know how unprofessional you were. This pizza is very good. The down side is the delivery is terrible. I'm five minutes away literally and every time I call, it takes them over an hour to deliver a pizza. I used to deliver pizzas and we never took that long and I would have to drive 20 minutes away. They should hire more people especially when they raised their prices. Since moving to Lake Elsinore from San Diego 2 years ago, one of my routine complaints has been the lack of quality food choices in the area. Worse yet, there seems to be an affliction of poor service in the area as well. After trying multiple pizza places and never quite feeling satisfied, this is the one we have been looking for. Last night we put dinner off too long and finally decided to find some take out. My BF found Michael's and the pictures seemed promising. I called to order at 8:45. When we called we thought they were open until 10. The woman that answered the phone was so friendly, took my order and didn't even mention that they were about to close at 9 until the end of the call, to make sure we could make it there in time. I have had so many experiences in this area where businesses won't even answer the phone to take Togo orders close to closing. We made it in time, our pizza was hot and waiting. Somewhere we had seen the pizza would be $20 (a large pepperoni) which we would have been fine paying for a good pie. Nope, our total was $14! It was the longest 10 minute car ride ever, it took every ounce of strength in me to not dig in before we made it home. Once home, the pizza didn't disappoint. The pepperonis were plentiful and thinly sliced so they got the perfect amount of crispness, as did the crust. There's nothing worse than floppy pizza and these slices stood their own. I would've taken a picture but there was no time to waste before me and the BF ate every last slice. We already have made plans to order again, so glad to have found this place!h read more

You know i lived right down the street for years and never tried it. Well one day i did lol! And you wanna know what? Its pretty dam good! Love the cheese with fresh garloc. The only thing thats a bummer is that the first time we did order a few months ago we got a pizza that had fresh garlic sliced long ways down the whole garlice.
