We love Pizza Bowl! It's so delicious. This is if you want a heavy pizza that is loaded with fresh ingredients! These pizzas are loadedddddd down! I love it. My husband and I get the large pizza with extra cheese, half sausage and half pineapple and mushrooms. It's delicious! Last time we ordered it with light sauce, because the pizzas can be saucy lol Service is good. It does take about 30 minutes for the pizzas to be made. We tried the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and the sauce was watery and not my favorite. I think we will stick to the pizzas only here. Ambiance is typically not very busy. read more

First and last time. "Generously topped pizza" IMO is very misleading on their advertising. The pastrami sandwich only had crumbs of meat with a few small slices. It was all bun with lots of mustard. I couldn't finish eating with all the mustard. The 12.99 pizza special was ok but not anything good. Lots of cheese as a filler and barely any pepperoni. For toppings they charge extra for everything and chicken and pastrami are considered as two toppings. We initially ordered a 12 inch customized pizza with 1/2 pastrami, 1/2 chicken, onions, garlic and mushroom, 10 wings and one drink and it was $67 dollars!! We could've had a steak dinner for that much! I really don't mind paying for quality food but this is no where near quality IMO. This review should have happened months ago but here's why I will never eat here again. I stopped on my way to work and ordered a deluxe specialty pizza. Several customers came in after me and received their order while I was still waiting and wondering what the hold up was about. After waiting approximately 20-30 minutes I asked if my pizza was ready. The young lady turned to get an answer from who I'm assuming was her father. He came to the counter and said,"It's going in the oven in just a few more minutes." Which at this point I realized that maybe all the cutting, slicing and chopping I saw his wife back there doing must be the reason it wasn't prepared right away. Unbeknownst to me, the mountain of ingredients I watched her slice & dice was for my pizza...ALL OF IT! It wasn't until I got in my car, drove off, opened the box at a red light to eat a slice since I was now running late for work and wouldn't have time to eat once I got to work, I noticed that the pizza had sooooo much cheese and ingredients that I probably could've layered 2 small pizzas with it and still had a substantial amount left over. I was excited about the decent reviews, and I gave them 2 shots, but they horribly disappointed both times. Living in the Lake Ridge housing track a couple blocks away, I was excited that they might deliver to us! I've been looking for good pizza delivery since I moved here, and I thought that this might be our new place! So, I placed an order through their website, but it wasn't until I called them quite a bit later that they told me that I was too far for them to deliver to. OK, I get that things happen, and so I put it on my list of pickup pizza places. About a month later, I pulled into the parking lot to pick up some Little Caesar's, but then I remembered that we wanted to try this place. I was disappointed that the individual sale pizza price was much less expensive than one of the family meals, but we didn't want to spend too much time ordering so we paid more to order one of their family meals that came with cheese breadsticks & wings. The guy at the register seemed clueless about running a debit with the MasterCard logo, and I felt relieved when he told me that my card wouldn't work, because by then the stench of the backed up sewage caught up with me and I just wanted to walk out. Unfortunately, he wouldn't give me my card back even though my hand was out and I was asking for it, and miraculously he figured out how to charge it. So then the waiting for our to-go order began, and also in came the plumber. OMG, I wanted to throw up because the entire restaurant smelled SO bad. I tried to hide in the furthest corner of the restaurant, where hopefully the putrid smell didn't penetrate, but I wasn't that fortunate. Instead, I got the chance to see the layers of dust and bugs that lined all of the windows. They apologized that my order was taking so long, and I really tried to be pleasant. I was trying to hold back vomiting, but hopefully the pizza would be worth all of this, somehow... I chose not to disclose any of this information to my husband or family, because I really wanted true unbiased opinions from my family. Finally my order was ready (I really have no idea what took so long considering the fact that I was the only customer in the entire restaurant) but everyone has an off day sometimes. I mean, plumbing problems suck! So, the moment of truth came, and I opened the boxes for the family to devour. This was the first time ever, that my kids took one bite of a piece of anticipated pizza, and put their slices back into the pizza box refusing to eat it. The cheese bread was even worse. My husband who will finish just about anything (we call him the human garbage disposal) had a really hard time eating it. I apologized and told him the story, swearing to never get pizza from there again. I am shocked that they're still in business. I should have gone to Little Caesar's, it would have been cheaper and so much better (and faster.) read more

When did a sausage sandwich become a crumble instead of an actual sausage? I see NO Mozzarella cheese whatsoever. It has less sausage crumbles than a medium pizza. I called the restaurant to complain " where is the meat in my sandwhich", and of course " bring it back we'll take a look for you, I can send you video of the sandwich being made, blah blah blah. The KICKER was when he tells me it's a $5.99 sandwich and that's all it's worth. I'd rather eat a quarter pounder.
