He had told me before I dropped it off to write down all the symptoms of the knocking, jerking when driving, and difficult steering problems and what has been done so far. I did. Apparently literacy is not one of his skill sets because he took my writing of what has already been done as things I wanted him to do....um NO! Too bad that his employees didn't understand the concept of a dash cam when they were in my car burping, farting, name calling other patrons, and going out for lunch!
