We stood there waiting -- and waiting -- while we could literally see employees working inside the garage, yet we were completely ignored. After many minutes of being treated like we didn't exist, I knocked on the garage door. Still nothing. Eventually I opened the door myself and a man working on a car finally looked at us. When I mentioned that I wasn't sure if he knew we were out front, he tersely replied, "Yes, I knew. What can I do for you?" When I said we wanted to rent a U-Haul, he looked annoyed and said we would have to wait 30 minutes -- no apology, no explanation, just blatant irritation that we even asked for help. We left and went to another U-Haul location where we were treated respectfully and professionally. This experience was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable. He criticized our use of a FIXD OBD2 reader, warning that it could potentially brick the ECU, though it's my understanding that would be extremely rare. He then quoted over $500 for ignition coils and spark plugs on a 2009 Toyota Corolla even though only one cylinder was misfiring. When we declined the repair, his attitude changed significantly and he became confrontational, to the point that my wife was nearly in tears by the end of the interaction. We initially spoke with a woman who was very kind and was able to work with us. This was due to us being over an hour from there. They send over a video, highlighting some minor scratches and dings. This wasn't an issue as any used vehicle is liable to have some scratches. Upon arrival, we go to take a look at the truck and see that the right front panel of the truck is not only dented but seems to have been "fixed" and "painted" with a color that did not color match. There also appeared to have been some rust on the frame that was painted over with spray painted with CHROME. Not even the color of the truck which was silver. This was incredibly disappointing. Not only did we drive over an hour but we were lied to. A complete waste of our time and gas. Our salesman was David.

He had told me before I dropped it off to write down all the symptoms of the knocking, jerking when driving, and difficult steering problems and what has been done so far. I did. Apparently literacy is not one of his skill sets because he took my writing of what has already been done as things I wanted him to do....um NO!
