My third time was for a trim and a few weeks after my second appointment. I was hoping to recut my bangs how i asked for initially. I showed her my picture again! this time she cut my side burns and my bangs looked rough. she was even more rushed with this service (i think everyone else was at lunch.) she put product in my hair and said that i was not supposed to dry it. i left with hair that soaked my shirt. The girl also made comments like "im the fastest here now" it was pretty off putting. i was just so in love with my hair that i was hoping to get the same results and kept going back. the same day I reached out to tell them about what happened, I never received any communication back. I do think this place has so many talented people and my daughter loved her bangs. Spur of the moment scheduled an appointment and came in with neutral expectations, nervous because of how long my hair was. Ella was my stylist and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She ended up cutting off about nine inches of hair and I was super nervous that it would end up too short, but she perfectly cut my hair just like my inspiration pictures and I have never been happier. I definitely recommend booking an appointment here and I think it's safe to say that I will be coming back. (A huge thank you to Ella for cutting my hair. When I arrived for my appointment, I found the salon permanently closed and the door locked. After some digging, I saw a Facebook post stating the business had closed, but relying solely on a Facebook post is not sufficient when the booking system is still active and sending confirmation texts. As an out-of-town client, there was no way for me to know my appointment was no longer valid. No call, no text, no cancellation notice. This was not a casual appointment -- it was for a wedding -- and the lack of communication forced me to scramble at the last minute. If a business is closing, booked clients should be proactively notified and all booking systems disabled. This situation could have been avoided with basic communication. Thankfully, I was able to find another salon last minute -- Primp and Blow Chandler -- who completely saved the day. Five stars to them for stepping in on short notice and doing an amazing job.

Ann not only delivered but made some suggestions, like shorter layers and slightly less length off, that made a difference. I've honestly never gotten so many compliments on my usual haircut. Coincidentally, I ended up transferring to AZ a few years later and was thrilled to reconnect with Jessica once again.
