Spur of the moment scheduled an appointment and came in with neutral expectations, nervous because of how long my hair was. Ella was my stylist and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She ended up cutting off about nine inches of hair and I was super nervous that it would end up too short, but she perfectly cut my hair just like my inspiration pictures and I have never been happier. I definitely recommend booking an appointment here and I think it's safe to say that I will be coming back. (A huge thank you to Ella for cutting my hair. I received an automated confirmation text two days prior, so I had no reason to believe there was an issue. When I arrived for my appointment, I found the salon permanently closed and the door locked. After some digging, I saw a Facebook post stating the business had closed, but relying solely on a Facebook post is not sufficient when the booking system is still active and sending confirmation texts. As an out-of-town client, there was no way for me to know my appointment was no longer valid. No call, no text, no cancellation notice. This was not a casual appointment -- it was for a wedding -- and the lack of communication forced me to scramble at the last minute. If a business is closing, booked clients should be proactively notified and all booking systems disabled. This situation could have been avoided with basic communication. Thankfully, I was able to find another salon last minute -- Primp and Blow Chandler -- who completely saved the day. Five stars to them for stepping in on short notice and doing an amazing job.

I met Jessica at a salon in Colorado and was beyond impressed with her ability to help me achieve the results I wanted on my 1st visit. When she changed salons, I followed. When she announced she was moving to Arizona, I was so bummed. She did however refer me to a friend of hers, that did a great job. Coincidentally, I ended up transferring to AZ a few years later and was thrilled to reconnect with Jessica once again. You can imagine the relief I felt, knowing I wouldn't have to "stylist hop" until I found someone who did a great job with my hair. She was delicate and thorough when washing and detangling my hair. I really appreciated this since I was skeptical about going to a head spa place with 4C hair.
