I walked in around 3 PM on a Wednesday, and it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman at the front had a very gentle, welcoming energy. He wasn't pushy about services, just patiently offered me the menu and let me decide. I got a basic pedi and mani. I was helped by Angie and Kelly, I believe. Unfortunately, I was on a call when I walked in, and I hate being rude, so I got off pretty quickly to speak with them. They were kind and really helpful, especially when it came to choosing a nail color because I never know what I want. I joked about how bad my nails probably were as the pile of cuticles she was cutting kept growing, lol, but it was all good. They did a great job and told me to relax while everything dried. When I looked like I was about to get up and leave, Angie came right over with slippers for me. She anticipated exactly what I needed without me having to ask. Then at checkout, I realized I'd left my sneakers by the chair, and the gentleman at the front grabbed a bag, collected them, and handed them to me. Again, just very attentive and thoughtful, it's the little things. He was really great. Sorry I didn't take any photos. My nails weren't anything special, just basic blue polish, no gel. My eyes were stuck together and were burning and when I opened my eyes there were big gaps where she pulled my eyelashes out and it hurt. Maybe because I came in at the end of the day , and the staff was tired. My pedicure girl was nice, and did a good job. My nail girl was not friendly, and only spoke Vietnam's with her friend. I asked for an extra 10 minute massage on my legs, and neck. During that massage they just spoke to other staff members. I asked my girl to focus on my neck, and it was unheard. I finally said I was done before the timer stopped. When you pay $200 for nails & toes, and extra for massages, you should get what you asked for. Not a woman speaking with friends, and other staff in Vietnamese, and not focusing on her massage. Nails were definitely not up to par!

It wasn't worth the argument, but it was really clear they are just going to let a customer walk out unhappy and not offer to correct their mistakes. Their services are really inconsistent too, I've been in 4 times and the manicures are all over the place. Sometimes they're rushed, other times you might get cuticle oil and a hand massage, but you never know. The training and skill level amongst the staff is hit and miss. With a million salon options, sorry but I'm going to go to the place that is well run, consistent and inviting. Not only this, but the atmosphere is unrelaxing. Dust covers the surfaces by the washing station, hair on the floor, waste baskets full. Give me a swiffer and I'll take care of it in 5 minutes while your staff sit around, scrolling. They had so many photo ops like a cool telephone booth, flower wall & even just the outside of the store was very inviting. I got a manicure with dipped French tip & a small design on my ring finger. It turned out so good! It was exactly what I wanted in regards to length, color & shape. The dipped process was really cool to see too. Price was reasonable. Great customer service. The receptionist Vivian was so professional & greeted my friend and I with such southern hospitality. The (2) restrooms were very clean. Lots of parking spaces within the plaza. Also a plus, there's a feng Cha next door so you can also get your boba fix :) They did follow all CDC guidelines and you must wear a mask, they will take your temp, and sign a form. Overall, I would come back again because my nails look so good!
