I usually like her work, however the last few times she has cut my cuticles so much that they bleed. At one point while filing my nails, she stopped to file her own nail with the same nail file, which was weird. Now my cut from her cutting my cuticles is infected. I loved coming to Michelle's nails. I felt every time I came her prices fluctuated. I thought it was just me, but I see in previous reviews that it was happened to others. She is rude and gets upset if you tell her to fix something you do not like. My previous experience with callus removal is they scrub for a long time. Twice Michelle just barely scrubs and touches your feet. She always lies about your time and takes whoever is there and does not respect your appt time. She has canceled, rescheduled, cancel again appointments with me. Even if no one is waiting, she is fast and hurts you and even if you tell her she continues. No empathy at all to her paying customers needs. I have seen her multiple times fight with customers because the customer wants something fixed and she tells them no and tells them to leave and they can't come back. Today will be my last day coming here. No one is waiting she's being fast, hurting me and rude moving my foot back with the metal callus removal scrubber by pushing my foot in the middle with that instead of telling me to move my foot or move it with her hand. The picture on the left is the disgusting work that the employee at Caliente nails did on me, I walked out very disappointed 70$ worth for a shitty ass job for two pedicures mine and my friend and my full set nails. The first time was a pleasant visit.. got a gel manicure and I was happy with my nails! 3 weeks later my nails still looking good but it was time for my gel manicure and fill.. on my 2nd visit today, I Walked in and told her I was happy with her work! She doesn't hold back her frustration and when I mistakenly gave her the wrong number for the color nail polish her attitude started... Then when I chose a different color she says "Are you sure?" She's rude and disrespectful she increases her prices on you depending on the mood she is in! She was having trouble gluing on white tips on me so I could see her frustration obviously she doesn't glue that type of material very often because they kept coming off, And started blaming me for moving my hands and even when I stood still the tips would come off. So then she started telling me how much she was going to charge me so for a regular pedicure and just white tips she said she was going to charge me $80, she was trying to paint the white tips on me instead of giving me the actual white tips already because I guess it's easier for her. And then she just finally had the guts to say she didn't want to do my nails because I was picky and all I had asked her for, was white tips! ‍ I had always paid her with Zell and today she told me no zelle only cash for you! She is very talented but EXTREMELY RUDE! Usually people that want to have clients are nice and give their clients feedback. My nails came off after ONLY 2 weeks one broke off & I didn't even realize it neither did I feel any pain, I didn't go with the owner Michelle I'm not sure if the other lady's aren't experienced I did see the owner coming over to check & see what they were doing but that was towards the end so I didn't pay too much attention , I ended up taking off the rest of my nails & they easily came off like stickers they are really nice though but still 25 bucks down the drain . My nails were very uneven and you could see traces of the filer very lumpy , I unpainted them & they looked better when I did them I did notice but I felt bad saying something because I didn't want to be mean .
