Since it's right in Disney Springs, there are tons of options for dining, grabbing drinks, and walking around before or after your movie. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and both the theaters and bathrooms are consistently clean. They also have dine-in theaters where you can order food and have it brought right to your seat--perfect for when you want to make movie night a little more elevated. And if you're looking for a more immersive experience, they have a Dolby theater too! Definitely one of our favorite places to catch a movie, and the Disney Springs location makes it even better.

I will say concessions are pretty expensive given the actual base cost the theatres pay for these goods, but like I just said, I LOVE POP CORN! I think plant based chicken nugs are next on my "to try" list. It can be a bit confusing when you enter the Theatre on one side and get your concessions, but the Theatre your seated is on the other side. There are really two different types of seats you be shooting in when you go. One where the seats are ultra luxurious, push, heated & recline; & the other. Where The speakers and theatre are so PAINFULLY LOUD THAT YOU HAVE TO PLUG YOUR EARS!!!!, the seats do not recline and the seats Unfrosted of you bump into your knees or knock into the back of your seat. It's a roll of the dice, but I do love movies!!

Some people were very creative. They brought coolers that had wheels, 5 gallon Lowe's paint bucket, large and I mean, large shopping bags, etc. That was pretty cool that they were doing it. The line that seemed pretty long and I was concerned that by the time we were to get up there, they would've ran out of popcorn. I have no clue what they did, but all I know is you never had to wait for them to make more popcorn and the popcorn still tasted fresh. Overall, the people waiting in line weren't complaining about the wait and the staff actually had it moving fairly quick. There were a couple who were a little frustrated. One person only wanted to buy a bottle of water and another person wanted a hotdog and a Coke and weren't too happy to stand in line having to wait for all the popcorn people. One lady had mentioned that it would've been nice if they had a separate line for people who didn't want any popcorn. Makes sense but who knows there may very well be a good reason they weren't able to do that/chose not to do it. I actually waited in the line twice and was fine. It was a holiday weekend so we knew to get there earlier if we wanted to be in line to order, if not, we also had the option to order online prior to getting there. I think it was a great idea of what they did and to see people's expressions, including my own of people's creativity it was pretty cool. The staff did an amazing job. No one seemed stressed/overwhelmed, and they were very efficient moving the line along and not in a rushed way. What I didn't like about it-was the people taking advantage of it. On another note, every time we go there, it is always clean and pleasant. The lobby, theaters, bathrooms etc. Can't recall ever seeing it not look good or smell bad. -Tisha

I think this cinema should come with a warning:…read more HEARING DAMAGE EXPECTED. The seats were comfortable, but I still suggest bringing a pillow and a blanket because sitting there for three hours straight can get pretty rough. Honestly, this was one of the LOUDEST cinemas I've ever been to in my life. If you're sensitive to loud sound, I strongly suggest bringing earplugs, noise-canceling headphones, or serious hearing protection. The theater itself, however, is very well maintained, and the screen is absolutely enormous. It's one of the largest screens I've ever seen, and it's seriously impressive. In fact, it's so large that if you sit too close, the image in front of you can float just OUTSIDE of your peripheral vision. My suggestion? Sit in the back third of the theater. Unless you enjoy feeling like you're physically inside the movie, sitting too close may make the sheer size and movement of the images overwhelming, and possibly even nauseating. There is a limit to what the human body can take. During The Odyssey, one of the newest technology IMAX movies to hit the market in some time..., the combination of flashing black-and-white lights, constant pulsating imagery, and extremely heavy, heartbeat-style music had me feeling genuinely tense. At one point I was thinking, "Do I need to see a cardiologist after this?" The volume was so incredibly loud that I felt like I was sitting next to a rocket launch. The vibrations coming through the seats were actually pretty cool, and I enjoyed that part. But the combination of the constant pounding heartbeat soundtrack, flashing imagery, seat vibrations, and extreme volume was a LOT for my stress level. Now, having said ALL of that... The Odyssey itself was fantastic. I genuinely had no idea what was going to happen next, and that's rare. It felt like a combination of science fiction, Jurassic Park, and a massive historical period piece, and it was extremely well done. Hollywood deserves serious applause for creating something this ambitious. The movie kept me guessing, and visually, it was spectacular. My only hesitation is the theater experience itself. The filmmakers clearly knew exactly how to keep an audience on the edge of their seats. Unfortunately, between the pounding soundtrack, flashing imagery, seat vibrations, and what felt like rocket-launch-level volume, I spent a good portion of the movie wondering whether my ears and nervous system were going to survive the experience. So yes, I loved the movie. The theater? Impressive. The screen? Incredible. The sound system? ABSOLUTELY INSANE. One final warning: If you don't want to leave this theater with permanent hearing loss, bring serious ear protection. I'm talking earplugs AND over-the-ear hearing protection, or "cans," over the earplugs if you really care about protecting your hearing. Seriously. Protect your ears. Because there is a limit to what the human body can take.

Kind words and professionalism. The only concern was something we believe is well, not profession or sanitary. We don't believe you should use your hands to open up the popcorn bag! We believe well- that's nasty. You can pop the bag to open the bag, or use the scoop to open but not your hands! Would you do this when you serve a soda- stick your finger or hand inside a cup to dry or clear debris? Look, we asked our cashier not to put their hand inside the popcorn bag and pop it like one of his employees did and we got a weird look- we asked in the most kind, super Disney kind voice- PLEASE DONT STICK YOUR HAND IN THE BAG. PLEASE POP IT OPEN JUST NOT USING YOUR HAND (that's caps here- not yelling). When the employee went to get the popcorn it looked- we believe- he told the manager this (we could be wrong) but even if he didn't , the manager looked to brush off what the employee said and OPENED UP USING HER HANDS THE INSIDE of the POPCORN BAG (yes here I'm escalating emotion). It's just not professional or sanitary. If napkins fall on the ground- throw them away! It's simple. Other than a manager setting bad example the movie was great, the theater was clean (old) but clean, cold ac nice- and nice loud show! (Forgot to add- you can't call and speak to anyone ever. The system is a what I call a Covid system. You know, you can no longer reach the business by phone or email... you have to go to corporate website and fill out a form. It is really a great option when seeing a movie. We always stop here before a movie. The drinks are great, they have a pretty full bar selection and always has a friendly bartender. There are two entrances to AMC and both sides have a MacGuffins. There are no seats at the bar since most people grab a drink to take into the movie. They offer beer and wine and then have a pretty decent selection of liquor. They do offer a small menu with a few specialty drinks such as margaritas, bold cocktails, and sweet cocktails. They also always have a specialty cocktail to correspond with a current movie that is out. Recently we saw Ghostbusters which featured one of the stars in the movie, Dan Aykroyd's vodka. It was actually a really great drink, and we didn't even know he made a vodka. I definitely recommend checking it out. I looked through some of the other reviews and I think that people are misunderstanding MacGuffins with the movie theatre. MacGuffins is the bar located inside the theatre. AMC also offers dine in at some of the theatres, but this is just the bar. We really like the bar, it's nice to have something different when watching a movie and their drinks are good. The sizes are really a great value as well and the pour is always great. They also will take your AMC points for the drinks. If you are watching a movie, I would highly recommend grabbing a cocktail and heading into your movie. You won't be disappointed.

The bathrooms were clean as well. For food, I got the smoked brisket quesadillas and WOW! The brisket was so soft and flavorful, with that nice greasy goodness that I personally enjoy. The salsa had a little too much of some type of green spice for me though. It kind of tasted like grass. Today's experience was the final straw, I can no longer recommend this location as a place to enjoy a movie. A $10 drink refund cost them three local families from returning to their theater. Food orders have been messed up frequently and we returned, staff offered to correct prior orders but then nothing when the bill arrives.
