AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE - I had tires installed on my truck here recently. Two days later, I found balancing weights in my driveway -- which tells you immediately how poorly the job was done. I went back a day later to have the tires rebalanced since the original work was clearly incorrect. Despite this being their mistake, I waited over an hour, and the front desk was initially unwilling to offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Eventually, I was begrudgingly offered two oil changes. Two days after that visit, my truck is still shaking at highway speeds, meaning the tires are still unbalanced. After giving them a second chance to correct a very basic service, I'm done. I don't trust their work and won't waste more time letting them "try again." I now have to take my truck to another shop and pay out of pocket to fix a problem that never should've happened in the first place. This was sloppy work, poor customer service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this location if you value your time or your vehicle. I will be going to Leipold's for all future needs, and you should too. read more

I had to take my wife's jeep in for a new battery. It's not like the old days of disconnecting the positive and negative, take it out, put the new one in, and reconnect. There's more too it with battery straps, battery control module and stuff. So the staff talked to me right away, took it in and checked the battery, came back and told me the findings, then replaced the battery. It was a good price as well. All and all I was there for maybe 40 minutes so pretty quick. Will return if need be in the future. Also got a 36 month warranty too so I'm pretty happy. read more

We've been in several times. Both times they have told us we need a new suspension and rear brakes on our SUV. I was there just yesterday. Next day after being at NTB, I got it checked out at an Acura/Honda repair place and they said the brakes have 50% life left on them and the suspension looks great and nothing needs to be replaced right now. Brakes, yes, eventually need to be replaced, but not now. NTB seems to "upsell" you more than you need at the time. I feel like the workers there get extra commission for selling more. Will only go back for tire rotations/tire issues from the tires we bought from them. Don't like being told I need to buy more, when it isn't needed. That's dishonest and not right, buyer beware, get a second opinion if they tell you you need more work or new parts put on. read more

Had them replace a tire on a wheel off a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander. They charged me $47 dollars to mount and balance! The receipt says they repaired a tire, they didn't, and replaced the TPMS valve, they didn't do that either! They also scratched the face of my 20" OEM wheels with only 15k miles on them!Been around cars my entire life, this place is shady! I would give 0 stars if it were possible! read more

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and came out with neither. Sat for over an hour and a half when I was told it would take one hour and then they were on able to get my filter out. While I understand that they weren't strong enough to get the filter out and didn't want to break it, they still could've done my tire rotation and chose not to. WORST PLACE EVER, went for a $100 alignment kept my car for over a hour then told me they couldn't do it and what they could do would cost $3300. Then wouldn't take my car down off the lift and when i asked them to , the worker rolled his eyes at me. Also left my car on and killed my battery had to jump it to get it to start. I got a flat last night and had to put a spare on. My tire had a hole in it from the nail which was not in the tire anymore. I took my car to a dealership only to wait for an hour and a half for them to tell me that they didn't have a big enough plug for it. I called NTB and they told me to come right in! I dealt with Matt the whole time and he was amazing! He explained what was wrong with my tire and even though he was not able to patch it they had a tire in stock and it was done really quickly. Matt was very personable and talked with me while I was waiting!! He was extremely honest and let me know the price and what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way!! My wife had a flat and this was the closest place. She parked the car and asked them to take a look. It had a nail. Rather than ask for a patch, the sales guy immediately told her she had to replace all 4 tires. Car had 15000 on it. I spoke to the salesman and said we can't do that, he offered a few deals, not right away of course. My wife was pretty upset. They put the spare on and she left. Took it down the road to a place I have been before and they patched it for $28. It didn't need new tires. This place is a scam on all fronts. Went to high school here and also heard some stories like making a 17 year old get synthetic oil on a 1995 civic with 250k. Not sure how this place is still in business. read more

Had good experiences here for 5 years, basically just for oil changes. In July, 2018 had a very disappointing experience with Matthew; poor people skills, wasn't willing to accommodate coupons like previous service writers did, interrupted me several times. Won't be going back there. read more

Went to NTB on Hudson Dr. in Stow for an oil change. I had a coupon from Conrad's that they wouldn't honor because it was cheaper. They have honored other coupons before but not this time. The mgr. seem to have an attitude about it. He doesn't have to worry about it. I'll take all my business to Conrad's.. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY BUSINESS TO NTB. Here's the funny part about the whole situation. I called NTB on Darrow rd. In Hudson and the mgr there honored my coupon with no problem. I could just about figure the problem out with the mgr at the Stow NTB but I'll keep it to myself. Even after getting the oil changed at NTB in Hudson, I'm still done with NTB. Very Dishonest ! Went in for an oil change and they claimed I needed $1700 in repairs so I took to the shop that I have been going to for over 30 years and NONE of the repairs they said I needed were necessary ! This was confirmed by two certified mechanics. What a shame that they bait people in with a discount oil change and then try to sell unnecessary repairs. I posted this already but was probably filtered out due to the poor rating. I have used this NTB location for years, on multiple cars & have spent thousands of dollars. I have always had good service and have been very happy with the services provided. In January, I had my headlights replaced (which is a hassle for a Malibu). Last week, I noticed it had burned out again. Along with this issue, I have also had my exhaust replaced twice in the last 3 years at this location. The most recent time, the manager (Tim) waived all of the fees since it had just been done. I made an appointment to have both of these issues looked at on Feb 21. After almost 2 hours of waiting, they informed me that the headlights need a new part and the exhaust was not their problem. They offered no waiver of parts/labor due to the fact that both of these had been done in the last year. I would think that a customer who has spent so much time & money at this location, that maybe there would be some wiggle room to work with the price. Rest assured, I will be finding another location for any future repair needs. It's sad/frustrating since I have always had great service when Dustin & Tim were in charge.
