It was well prepared, fresh, and delicious. I also indulged in a couple bottles of their smoothies, blueberry with avocado, banana, bananas, cane sugar, and a strawberry banana with the same cane sugar also vegan friendly. I originally learned of this place when I worked in Tinley Park a couple years ago and drove all the way from Chicago today to go there to treat myself. As usual, I was greeted with kindness by Chris, who was working the register at the time. The ambience is surreal, it provides a quiet place to enjoy your food, read, work or if you need to just reflect on life. This is one of my favorites and although they're not close to Chicago, it's worth the drive! I was a little disappointed that they no longer have my avocado rolls. I really enjoyed those but everything is still good. I wish I could get more vegan options on the menu but overall, Avocado Theory is a 12 out of 10.

Used to be home to A&W Rootbeer many years ago. Now, they have great Gyros and just about anything else. Friendly, inexpensive for the most part. It has become as much a modern day icon in Oak Forest as the A&W use to be. They have a very wide variety of choices, so it's a great place is noone wants the same fast food! :) read more
