    Dipping oil with garlic
    Dave G.

We have been here a number of times! This has been our go to Italian place since the one in Derry sold! Recently we went there, I would say the dipping oil is very good and loaded with garlic which I like, The bread is homemade and very good. Love the huge pizza oven you can see when you walk in . we orded the Mozzarelle Fritte, there was three large portions and loaded with cheese. For Dinner we orded the Chicken Marsala and Veal parm with eggplant, Both dinners were very good as always. The expresso martinis are the best around. If you have not tyed this place it's a must!! The pizza is amazing!! I like the sausage and rape pizza. The service is excellent and love the ambiance!

Brown/ white old lettuce ends. Not good I ordered the crispy chicken salad for my dinner. I had to pick through all the bad lettuce.

Great coal fired pizza. Best pizza in area. Nice little bar inside too. I've only tried the pizza.

Plenty of menu options- reasonably priced with good but not crazy portions. Everyone enjoyed their meals. My only complaint was the noise level from the full dining room made it hard to hear. Giabella's is without a doubt the best Italian in New Hampshire. I would say it goes beyond bringing the North End of Boston to New Hampshire, it brings the best of your mother or grandmother's kitchen. The restaurant itself is spotlessly clean, and although it is not in a large spot, the tables are spaced out and for some reason it has an intimate feel in a buzzing restaurant with a good vibe. I tried one of their specialty martinis, and I was not disappointed. I also tried the recommended wine and was very happy. I am a food in Italian wine snob and both were great. Attention is paid to detail. The bread that came out before the meal was fresh and tasty. I had the eggplant and veal parm and Bella had the chicken Parm. The gravy was cooked so perfectly that we ended up, sopping it up with the bread. The meal was perfect, and we had enough to take leftovers with us. Hats off to the entire staff of Giabella's,

The staff is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the service is consistently great. The restaurant is always clean, organized, and well-stocked, which says a lot about how much they care about their customers and the overall experience. At this point, they even know my order, which really shows how attentive they are, especially to regulars like me. And whilst my wife initially presumed I would not enjoy this place much (honestly, shame on her for thinking this), I can assure you NOTHING could be further from the truth. CAVA is what happens when healthy food actually tastes good! It's proof that "healthy" doesn't have to mean "flavorless." But really...the thing that gives this place an edge is the high level of customization they offer its customers. Take a look at their menu and you'll see a generously vast list of ingredients. I guarantee that nearly anyone will find something to their liking, then build the gyro or bowl of their dreams. A word of caution to anyone who orders the former though: it's messy. Like....wicked messy! But, oh SO worth it! I took the liberty of ordering a custom pita wrap consisting of the following: chicken shawarma, crazy feta spread, tomatoes and onions, shredded Romaine lettuce, topped off with a delicious garlic dressing. And this thing did NOT disappoint! Like I said though, it was messy. It only took me getting one bite in before I noticed the garlic dressing making a hasty exit out the backside of my wrap. I find it's best to fold the bottom part of the paper closed before indulging. Otherwise, you'll end up with a puddle of sauce on your table like I did. Whoops! The interior format of the place is pretty straightforward. If you're ordering take-away in advance via their website or app (highly recommended, btw), the pick up area is located on the left-hand side of the order lane. Another caveat to heed is that you'll want to set up a rewards account prior to placing an order. So far as I can tell, this is the only way you'll be allowed to complete an online order. I have a feeling I will be earning some reward points with this place real soon. Because it's conveniently close to my house and I WILL be returning here often. A few other meats I'd like to try are their steak and grilled chicken options. I'll have to experiment a bit with different spreads and dressings and whatnot. But I definitely discovered a favorite that is the shawarma. And with that, I'm giving CAVA in Nashua 5 messy, but tasty as all get out shawarma wraps out of 5.
