    Dipping oil with garlic
    Dave G.

We have been here a number of times! This has been our go to Italian place since the one in Derry sold! Recently we went there, I would say the dipping oil is very good and loaded with garlic which I like, The bread is homemade and very good. Love the huge pizza oven you can see when you walk in . we orded the Mozzarelle Fritte, there was three large portions and loaded with cheese. For Dinner we orded the Chicken Marsala and Veal parm with eggplant, Both dinners were very good as always. The expresso martinis are the best around. If you have not tyed this place it's a must!! The pizza is amazing!! I like the sausage and rape pizza. The service is excellent and love the ambiance!

Brown/ white old lettuce ends. Not good I ordered the crispy chicken salad for my dinner. I had to pick through all the bad lettuce.

Good menu, excellent food, seldom a wait to be served. Servers are pleasant & cooperative deserve decent tips. Nothing else to report.

Great coal fired pizza. Best pizza in area. Nice little bar inside too. I've only tried the pizza.

Have I eaten fried dumplings while sitting on a sidewalk out of a Styrofoam box? I've gone out of my way to do so. Enough backstory. We're all here to see whether or not you should try The Ricochet. The answer is just Yes. If you don't care for why I've come to this conclusion, then stop reading and place your order. For the rest of you: Welcome. I'm telling you that this is the first place not from my land where I can leave it alone. I can eat it as it comes. It's thin and you can tell they care about their ingredients. The sauce itself. Think about that. Looking down at a slice a pizza after you bite into it and ask yourself: "Where have you been all this time?" The ambiance? Well this is a nice looking place. You can come into this place however you're dressed, but it's a respectable looking place. It's got a chill vibe. FULL BAR. FULL. BAR. PEOPLE. The employees? You can tell they believe in this place and not just slinging pies. In a world where people have lost their way, they are a beacon of light letting us know there is still hope. So now you say to me: Why not 5 stars? It feels like you've been doting over them this entire time. You are correct and deserve an answer. They don't do Garlic Knots.

I went on here and saw mostly favorable reviews and made a call. The person who answered the phone was very polite and took my order without any issue, and when I received my food the order was all there and then some. The order total was under $30 which now a days is actually a solid value and the delivery guy was very quick. Everything was very solid, not mind blowing, but incredibly solid to the point that I'd have no issue making it my go to for this area. The last thing I will note is that they are NOT stingy with condiments! I wanted honey mustard and I got three full dipping cups.

We ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza, a Hawaiian pizza, fried mushrooms, and used a coupon for free order of chicken tenders with the purchase of 2 large specialty pizzas. The Hawaiian pizza was okay. The CBR pizza was so salty and the grilled chicken on it was not like the grilled chicken that Ed and Murphy had. Tasted like all the other Sysco food junk. The fried mushrooms are now frozen already breaded Sysco food and not good. Ed and Murphy's used to hand bread their mushrooms and they were so good. I was excited to try the CBR pizza because Ed and Murphy's made the best homemade dressings, the new owner used Sysco jar ranch and it's not good at all. I wished they kept the same fried mushrooms and the salad dressings, it's very disappointing to be served Sysco foods that are already prepared. Restaurants that take shortcuts are nothing special. I probably will not be back unfortunately.
