Horrible first experience! Ordered a large steak tip sub and got the smallest large sub ever. There was 6 small chunks of steak, the roll was void of substance. Very sad when the vessel out shines and out weighs the cargo. What little meat there was didn't cut it for flavor or value. Def will not go back. Ordered two pizzas that are not NY style as the cheese was on side of box instead on pizza. They mess around which I get it, work and have fun..but come on, 48 minutes for two small pizzas?? They're bumping into one another, dropping things, confused at times, and no apologies for long waits. Went here for the first time and got a cheese pizza, chicken fingers, and fries. The pizza was good football pizza as it was thin crust and not a lot of sauce. The food was ok but a bit overpriced compared to other local establishments in the area. I have never had a worse pizza. My BF went in and ordered 2 small pizzas to take out. I am new to Nashua but originally from NYC so I was excited to see this place. I got a Pepperoni and Sausage pie. It looked like it had been made hours ago and kept under a heat lamp since then. The pizza wasn't even cut into slices. It looked like the pepperoni was embedded in the dehydrated cheese and someone just tossed a couple of sausage pieces on top. When I moved it the sausage rolled off. It was cold. There wasn't any sauce to be found. I couldn't even cut it with my pizza cutter. It was horrible. When I finally got a piece cut off, It was nearly impossible to chew and had almost no flavor. This was my first time ordering here. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and olives, and side of mozzarella sticks and side of biscuits. Unfortunately, not impressed. Never again! The only reason for 2 stars is because I actually really like everything I've tried from here, but the service would get zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a delivery through GrubHub because they offer a 25% discount during certain times of the day (2-5PM I believe). I ordered while I was at work and made sure to order early so it would be there in time for when I could stop to eat. The order was placed at 3:42 and I had to call them at 5:15 because it hadn't arrived yet. I was told the driver had just left! When it finally did show up nearly 2 hours later, everything was cold, the cheese on the pizza was hard, and the pizza was not made as described on the menu. This place is truly fantastic! When I first walked in I noticed their pizza counter with about 5 pizzas on the display for pizza by the slice. And also sicilian slices.You can choose whatever and they will toast them up for you. Almost exactly like NY pizzerias. The pizzas are thin crust and have a nice snap to them. not like the pan style greesy greek pizza that's in most towns in New England. The service was quick and friendly with some action during lunch. But then again I had pizza slices. Glancing at their menu they also have subs and fried chicken too! We tried calling them but the phone just rang, I followed up with a FB message and received no response even though I can see they read it. The spicy fries were pretty good hence the second star. A disappointment would be the best description. Ordered 3 subs and a large onion ring. My wife's BLT had more bread than anything else and burnt bacon if any bacon at all. They don't hold back on the vegetables though. I ordered a Italian sub. I barely found any meat within the mass of vegetables and I asked for oil. Last I knew it shouldn't have been a dry sandwich. The onion rings. I know they get deep fried but I think they deep fry them in the bag. They were soggy and the bag well let's just say there wasn't a dry spot on the bag. Not from the area but came up to New Hampshire for work and can say this is a great pizza place with a very different pizza style! Coming from Boston and eating pizza all over the city it gets very old, same flavors and nothing exciting. Tried this place for he first time. Ordered a small cheese and a large pep and mushroom, and the buffalo chicken wings. The toppings were almost nonexistent. Each slice had one pepperoni and two mushrooms even after paying $2 per topping. The pepperoni were extremely salty, hardly any sauce and the cheese was pretty hard and crusty. The wings had good flavor but they could have used more time in the fryer, they were still bloody on the inside and the meat was barely cooked enough. Finally, after trying 4-5 different pizzerias in Nashua, I decided to stop at Mickey's. The pizza was absolutely fantastic. Had 4 slices: plain, pepperoni, eggplant, and buffalo. The pizzas had the right amount of sauce, great tasting toppings, and the guy at the counter, Nick, was terrific. As far as customer service goes, it was absolutely top notch. Ordered delivery today first time. Pizza arrived very hot and not soggy. It was delicious. Perfect crust, crusty on bottom, yet chewy.
