Worst experience ever! Ordered online around 6pm for food to be delivered at 8pm. Sounds simple right, plenty of time to make everything perfect. Unfortunately this was not the case! Food showed up a half hour early and the pizza and onion rings were cold. Ordered a roast beef with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, cheese, sauce and mayo. Came with no lettuce, no tomato and barely any sauce. Ordered a parma sub and it was mostly veggies and a slice or maybe two of prosciutto. What a rip off. When I called to complain they offered me a credit for half or to remake and send out the order. I chose to resend the order. 45 mins later they call back and say they cant remake and send the order and there is nothing they are willing to do for me. Absolutely angry over the quality of there food and their unwillingness to make the customer happy. Poor customer service! I will tell everyone about my horrible experience with Mickeys. Its too bad because I have gotten from them in the past and it was decent. All they had to do was make it right and I wouldn't be writing this scathing review. However they chose to do nothing about my issues and now have lost a customer for life as well as others who I'll be sure to continue to voice my disgust with this establishment. I haven't been to Mickey's in person, but they're one of my favorite pizza places to get delivery from, and I haven't had any of the consistency issues mentioned in other reviews. (One time, someone else's pizza was delivered to us by mistake, but we still got everything we ordered.) The calzones, in particular, are my favorite in southern NH. Calzones were a big thing in the town where I went to college, for some reason, and twenty five years later I still have pretty specific expectations. I like Mickey's for the crust ratio (thin), the cheese, the fact that it's just as good cold, and the fact that you can get basil as one of your fillings, which makes a huge difference. You do have to specify ricotta - not everyone makes calzones with ricotta by default anymore, don't ask me why. And if you add a good amount of fillings, the price adds up. But hell, I'd rather pay $15 for a good calzone than $10 for a mediocre one. Beyond calzones, stuff we order regularly includes the Italian sub (my wife's favorite around here), the steak bomb (one of my favorites), potato wedges, even pizza once in a while. read more

I love the Sicilian pizza! The crust is perfect - not too doughy but thick enough to support all the delicious cheese and toppings. Amazing wings and sandwiches too. Ask for Tony, the owner - he'll take good care of you! read more

Don't order from them online. It'll take 2 hours to get it and the manager told me it wasn't her problem because I ordered it online. I guess they use a different company to charge the cards and she told me to contact them for a refund if I wanted to cancel the order. Such poor customer service. We were hopeful that this was a good replacement for hudson house. Don't be fooled by the name. When entering tonight some broken patio blocks and a used paint can held the doors open. The calzone had lots of bread and very little meat. The chicken parm pasta had a little chicken. The sauce was spicy but not good flavor. The garlic was just gross. Such a disappointment. read more

Ordered fried chicken: They not know what part was the thighs. I ordered 3 piece thigh only dinner and they came out with legs. My sister ordered the breast and it was under cooked. Went to Mickeys today. I ordered an eggplant parm sub. The lady at the counter asked out back if they had any eggplant left (first thing on Saturday morning) they did. Hours later my body explained to me that i shouldn't order something from a sub shop that they weren't sure they had going into the weekend. If I go back there I'll be sure to get something they might stock frequently instead of paying for it later. I would usually give a 5 Star but tonight my pizza was burnt. It seems as though there is always that one night a week where our pizza comes burnt??? New cook? Not sure as we order different nights constantly and 2 out of 4 come burnt. We love Mickeys and have recommended them to many people but if this keeps up we will go to Giovanni's. The pizza was pretty good along with the other food initially. Except for the pizza, the food in following visits continued to be of poorer quality (especially the calzone). I recently called to express my dissatisfaction with how a sandwich was made and requested a replacement. I was treated extremely poorly and told it was my fault for not ordering properly. What? Wow, business must be really good to be so rude to customers. Whether you thought I was right or wrong, is it so much to simply replace the sandwich vs. lose a customer permanently? Conflicting reviews below. One says thin crust the other says thick bubbly crust. NY pizza is not thin crust. My experience was just that. Thin and not to my liking for cheese sauce and flavor. I noticed two pictures posted. The first pic is what I expected, the second menu pic is what I got only crust similar to a grocery store thin crust. I had ordered a pizza from here right after they changed names. The parmagean/ramano cheese they powerded on after the sauce was terrible, then they put on the shredded cheese. I asked for xtra cheese and just peperoni. Simple right. Crust was so thin it was like eating cardboard and the extra cheese was non existant. The guy working the counter reheated a slice for me while I waited. I hoped my pie would be bettter. Nothing like the pics that are shown. Maybe they changed. I hope so. Because I'll get a rocco's pizza before I go back. Good customer service but they need to step up their crust and cheese to match the first pic. I wonder if they got rid of the broasted chicken? So I received a notification when this business responded, it was the owners daughter. She provided the reason for owners lack of availability when i reached out ( quite valid). She started they were aware of the problem and addressing it. If they provide awareness when it has truly been addressed i will consider giving them another shot however at this time i have wasted enough money here. read more

We have searched for over a year for a pizza shop that didn't serve heavy greasy under cooked pizza in Hudson. We just had two pizzas and they were the best, the dough was thin and crunchy, the cheese was just right, everything was really fresh! This will be our new pizza shop! read more

I want to first start off with saying that I have always never had an issue with food from here. However, I was HIGHLY unimpressed with the response from the young girl who handled my online order. We ordered a large ham and cheese sub and a spaghetti dinner. I got a call 20 minutes after ordering saying they were out of ham. Not a huge issue, so I said I'd take an Italian instead. Order said it was supposed to arrive at 6:40. I finally called by 7:30 and they said it was on the way. Ok fine, it's busy I get it, however you should call or something. It was 8pm by the time it shows up. I open it, about a cup and a half of spaghetti noodles and NO marinara! I call back and the girl tells me that I will have to give back the food?! Like your kidding me, you should never give back food after it's been in someone's house. Also, she informs me that they never put marinara sauce on it when the order is placed. Like what? Came in on a Friday night with the wife and kids. We placed our order and the staff was very friendly. The dining room was very clean so that was a benefit. We order buffalo tenders which came out piping hot and soo fresh and crispy. A large veggie pizza that was loaded with toppings. And I ordered a meatball sub. Seriously the best meatballs I've had. Their pizza dough and sauce have a really fresh clean taste (if that makes sense). It wasn't sweet and over spiced at all. We will definitely be coming back for more. read more

We've returned to this place because of proximity, but I think this time has been the last. The chicken finger sub listed under 'hot subs' seems to always be cold. The toppings always seem to lack. I ordered the Parma sub which is a $1.50 upcharge from the caprese sub for the prosciutto and there was literally 1 slice of prosciutto. It's embarrassing that they even advertise that they put prosciutto in it. There are better sandwich places in the area. read more
