Inside, you'll find the boutique up front with a private event space toward the back, and outside there's plenty of comfy seating that's great for hanging out or hosting an outdoor event. The store has something stylish for everyone...women's, men's, and even baby clothes (the children's section is in the cutest van out back!). The walls are decorated with locally sourced, one-of-a-kind art pieces, and they also sell beautiful homeware. It's one of my favorite places for gifts. Whether it's a gorgeous candle or a custom charm necklace made from their charm bar for permanent jewelry. And the events here? SO much fun! They host the most unique and artsy workshops including floral arranging, vintage candle making, diy perfume and more. I went to a vintage candle class by Nadine with some friends, and we had the best time. They also offer other fun classes like yoga and boxing. You can find all the upcoming events and workshops on their website, and they even rent out the space for private events. It's truly impossible to visit House on Lang and not feel right at home. You'll leave with things you never knew you needed! Christie, the owner, is so friendly and helpful. Definitely ask for her opinion or advice, she has amazing taste. It's fa la la fabulous. Expensive... extensive... and fabulous. I went to their Christmas in July event, on the last weekend of July 2025. They open at 8:30am and I was there early ( excited!) . They had super friendly parking attendants in Santa hats directing other eager elves to prime parking spots. I was jingling and tingling-so ready to go inside. And I was definitely delighted once I got there... room after room, building after building... full of every Christmas item you could think of, from sacred and soulful to sparkly and shimmery... and everything in between. There were so many trees, decorated in so many themes, with so many accessories, for the rest of the room. I've never seen anything so holly and jolly in the retail world. It really was a feast for the senses (cue the Who's to start singing). There were some really beautiful things-and some prices were high... or at least higher than you'd expect. There were some blue and white cone trees that took my breath away. I'd almost sell my car for those. They were breathtaking-as is so much of this store. And it's not just the merchandise, but the way they've displayed it, as well. It will definitely get you in the holiday spirit... without drinking any holiday spirits. And if the merch doesn't do that, the sweet staff will. They are dedicated and invested in this business... and seem to take great joy in helping customers. No wonder it's survived 50+ years. Santa's smiling at them. It's an easy drive from Tampa... about 90 minutes, give or take. It might be even shorter/easier from the east coast. There's ample parking and truly, something for everyone. They had huge stars for the lawn and large balls of light to hang as well as firework shaped lights. Very cool. I picked up a tea towel. It was $9.99. I didn't have a need for any of the big stuff but I was fascinated by the designs and color schemes etc. The owner said they've been open for over 50 years. She also mentioned they do business with the theme parks. Pro tip- they start Christmas in July! So that's when the store is stocked full of everything. So shop early for the best selection. They do not ship because things can break and the shipping and insurance is expensive. So while they have a website, it does not have their items and you cannot buy online. So- stop by! I would give an hour just to peruse. If you're buying - it could be a few hours. Also- they have other holiday stuff (Halloween, Fourth of July, etc)and silk flowers for arrangements etc. They also have furniture, many large planters and vases. This store on property is for cast members only so if you are not a cast member , you' can only shop here with one. Upon entry , cast members have to show their cast ID ( current or retired ) to gain entry and may bring guest . We usually come in a few times a year to shop for birthdays and Christmas gifts for the kids because it's all authentic merchandise found in the parks but at a much better price . Disney also friend their own food and you can purchase groceries and sweet treats here that are also served at the resorts and restaurants. I love coming here and collecting all my disney merch for my mini !

Lots of one of a kind artifacts and pieces which are really cool to look at. Pricing is quite steep. If you are going in for some fun vi take or one offs you will pay for it-this is not the place to find a bargain. I went in hoping to find some cool art that has a flavor of Disney without being in your face about it and really liked the chest of blueprints (in the back left corner of the shop) but they were all $60+ for some that were nondescript. Anything that had a real whiff of anything Disney were far more expensive. I also hoped to find a cast member badge with my name on it as I was not allowed to keep mine. No luck (they are $25 each) not I'll go back to try to keep searching for that. Lots of cool stuff just be prepared to pay estate sale prices. I almost bought a vintage embroidered MGM denim jacket ($250) not the size was way too big to justify. Most of the jackets were men's and quite large in size (most large-xxl). The women's options were largely newer and smaller sizes. I also want to note that as I was combing through the various wracks of clothing there was often a strong oder. Be it BO or mildew, it seems they do not wash the garments before putting them on the floor (which makes sense-can't blame them for that) but that also means that people are donated soiled garments. So PSA: if you donate clothing (anywhere not just here) please wash those garments first. This is just common sense and basic decency. At the end I I planned to buy two pairs of ears ($14.99 each) and a popcorn bucket ($39) bit had to take a work call before I could purchase. I left my items at the till and took my call in the car. I went back in and they were swamped-like I couldn't see the till over the people in the space so I felt a little over stimulated and left empty handed. Stopped in on a Wednesday morning thinking it wouldn't be busy on a week day in the am. I was wrong lol. It was quite congested which made it kind of difficult to browse because I feeling as though I was in someone way or pathway. A staff member was speaking with someone and I could overhear her saying it was a "slow morning" so I can't imagine what a weekend or a high traffic time is like in here. All in all it is kind of a gem even if you're just there to sip on a coffee and browse. You need time and patience to comb through e surging and you'll probably find some gems but be ready to pay for said gems. This is not a Bergen thrift store.

Every inch of the display space is packed to the gills, but it doesn't feel messy- instead it feels perfectly curated and like every thing has its perfect place! It's a pink, purple, and rainbow-colored dream house and has a gift for any occasion. I would imagine this would be a great shop for bachelorettes, brides, birthday folks, host/hostess, bestie, etc. Heck- I can't imagine going in and not leaving with something for yourself! It even says Ghost Host on it. There were also a lot of Halloween decor items featuring Mickey and friends like trick or treat bags, treat bowls, and shirts. Not to be forgotten and also Halloween appropriate were the Nightmare Before Christmas mugs, ornaments, dolls, lights, and tumblers. Some of the other items you can purchase here are plates, glasses, mugs, picture frames, decor items, throws, ornaments, dish towels, luggage tags, book ends, snow globes, food treats, and door mats. Prices aren't cheap but there are some unique items I haven't seen anywhere else. The inventory seems to change often.
