I had a shuttle reservation booked for 16 people to pick us up after our cruise and take us to LAX. The day they dropped us to the cruise he said "call us when you get off the boat next saturday." When I called the day of June 7, he stated he doesn't have us on his books and there are no shuttles that would be able to pick us up for HOURS after we had texted about this reservation multiple times. Very very frustrating with that big of a group of people. I also want to add that the night before they were supposed to pick us up from the hotel, he called me to try and convince me to be picked up almost 2 hours sooner than we had originally scheduled. The next morning, they arrived 1.5 hours early, blowing up my phone with calls and texts, telling me to send half of my group out. Excellent service! We didn't want to try and deal with Uber or any other car service a few years back. I stumbled onto Michael's company through Yelp. Gave them a shot and didn't have any issues. If you like to communicate via text and get your questions answered quickly then this is definitely right up your alley. I'm hands on with all my reservations and services and being able to communicate with Michael whenever I needed was great. I'm one to want confirmation a few times before going on a big trip and Michael makes it easy. Just give them the info of your flight, contact them again the day before and then the day of and it's VERY smooth! Price is right too! I could have saved a whole $7 by going with Uber but then you don't know what you're going to get. Tyler was our driver during our March 2025 Disneyland trip both from and then to the airport. Was able to communicate directly with Tyler and even left it up to him what time would be best to leave the hotel to make our flight. They did deliver us safely but I wouldn't use them again. There was a lot of confusion with reservation dates/times even though I booked in advance. There is a big reliance on the customer to do a lot of communication - you have to text the day before then again before your flight leaves, and if you forget they're kinda sassy. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SHUTTLE!' If I could give them zero stars I would. I emailed a reservation as listed on the website and never heard back. I called and he said no reservations are made until a phone call (so why even list an email on the website?) I made a reservation on the phone. The prices listed on the website were incorrect for 1-2 people (for 1-2 it is $30 per person one way, no return discount, PLUS an additional $15 if no one else gets on!) I thought he told me to call once I got off the plane and another call once I got my luggage. So I called after I got off and he started freaking out and yelling at me, saying I was supposed to call before I got on the plane, that I no longer had a reservation, and that I'd now have to take an Uber. This guy was belligerent! I really wished he would have communicated everything in writing! He was making small talk a mile a minute and more concerned with that then the actual information. He also needs to put correct information on the website, which is really just a bunch of images. Shortly after he called back, said he had a driver nearby and he'd pick us up for $90-apparently there was now an After Hours charge and it was only 6:30PM! Suddenly he mentioned after hours was anything after 4:45 PM--never mentioned this on the original phone call. So the driver finally shows up and tells us he needs to fill his tank at a natural gas station. His card wasn't working so he would take the amount paid for gas off of our fare. However the station didn't have an attendant so we couldn't pay with the cash we brought, as this shuttle accepts cash only! The first station wasn't accepting our credit card so then we had to circle back by the airport. We had to use OUR CREDIT CARD at the pump and told him to put in $20 worth, take us back to the airport, and call it good. We then called a family member who was an hour away to come get us. The driver was also extremely hyper and acting weird and creepy. I was terrified while on this "shuttle"and ever so thankful to be back at the airport waiting for family to pick me up. Also, the "shuttle"was a van with 2 rows that seated 2 to a row and one row had a cat seat. The whole thing was scammy, scary, and unprofessional! PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SHUTTLE!! Never was it disclosed that this is a CASH ONLY business. The driver got 5 of us and 10 bags in the car then tells us it is cash only. We offered any other type of electronic payment and he said cash only. Then offers to take us to an atm so we can pull out cash. I was clear no one said cash only or we wouldn't have got in. He asked if we can borrow cash. I firmly and kindly said we do not travel with much cash and are happy to pay with any other form. Absolutely terrible. This company was good to work with and schedule for a pick-up over the phone. However, when the van came and picked us up, it was trashed. It was filthy dirty, inside and out. The front tire literally was just about to fall off. The check engine light kept blinking, and the driver drove down the freeway at 60 mph in the fast lane, with his window down. After such a long day of delayed flights I'm exhausted and was just calling to see if can get a quote on how much for my family of 8 including a toddler seat from our rental home to Disney resorts each morning because we have morning reservations. So I called around 1:47am, hours say 24/7 on Yelp I will post pics to show. (If that's wrong then false advertisement for sure) I have a big family of 8 including need of toddler car seat. I asked him how much it would be if I use their services. He suggested to take a bus for 2 dollars or have the toddlers parents get a cab or taxi. The vans I see they advertise look big enough to fit all of us. If I have to get two vans then so be it but no he didn't give me that option. This man was very rude and kept talking over me wouldn't let me finish talking at all and I didn't care how much it cost but his his issue was that he's trying to go to sleep and he already gave me a solution and to pretty much figure it out and hung up on me! On our way to pick up an Uber I saw this van and asked how much he would charge, it was basically the same as the Uber and saved us a 5 minute walk to the Uber pickup. When we got to our destination he said, "Oh by the way it's cash only". I said "You didn't say that before" and he said "you didn't ask". Best deal in town. I had called a couple other shuttles, and they wanted double of what Mickey's Space shuttle was asking, you should book ASAP. They do request that you call about 3 times, once to book, as you're flight leaves, arrives and once you get your bags. It's tedious. Our driver was Cesar, he's a nice guy. Just returned from our trip to Disneyland. We had a group of 15 people, 10 adults and 5 children. I had contacted Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle a month before our trip, along with several other companies comparing prices. I spoke on the phone with the owner, who gave me round trip pricing for 2 vans, for a 20 minute shuttle ride from the airport to our hotel and back a few days later. I was told it would be $150 per van round trip and cash only, so we brought $300 in cash plus some extra for tip of course. Once we arrived at the hotel, the two drivers were talking with one another in front of us about whether or not this was round trip or one way and of course in the end decided that this was one way. After talking with the drivers about what the owner told me previously, they had him contact me and I immediately received several texts from him calculating different numbers than what we previously were told. This obviously was very annoying and frustrating to deal with on vacation and not something we wanted to stress over. $600 plus 20% tip for a 20 minute drive seemed excessive, especially compared to the other places I received quotes from. Having to let everyone else in the group know they were having to pitch in double what they expected was also pretty frustrating too. All in all, would I use them again or recommend this company? No. The pricing switch last minute really ruined it for me. The shuttles are not worth $600, the car seats are dirty, the drivers were not professional enough for that kind of price. Answering phone calls and hanging up on people while driving us, giving out different pricing to customers that were calling while we're in the shuttle with him, snarky comments towards our group, it was just a lot and not at all worth the price. I will say that the communication before our trip and the punctuation both to and from was excellent, which is why I'll give 3 stars. He got us there and back safely, which is what matters most. I also appreciated that he slightly reduced the trip back's pricing. Just be careful with this company if you choose to use them and make sure pricing that's being promised is in writing. read more

I arrived to LAX at 9:00am. I was waiting for the Flyaway for over 30 minutes and no bus arrived at green stop LAX to Union Station. This guy in a white passenger van asked a group of us where we were headed. I said "Union Station." He replied "$10., cash or credit cards." Since I felt abandoned by the Flyaway transportation charging $9.75 and this white van had Disney written around it, I jumped in. His airport tags are legit with the toll tags for quicker transport!! He made 1 quick circle around the airport to pick up additional passengers to fill the van and off we went. This driver was able to navigate quite well through LA traffic safely! I know, I know, their website is not designed to appeal or seems legit but they're real, I can attest to that--and so can Visit Anaheim (http://visitanaheim.org/). We've always used Disneyland Express for our transfers when vacationing in Anaheim (Disneyland/DCA). But this trip, our flight to LAX wasn't scheduled to touch down until after 9:30pm. Disneyland Express' last pick-up is at 8pm so I was forced to look for another alternative. This lead me to Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle. I sent an email for a quote and got a response right away. Michael aka 'Mickey' was a pleasure to deal with. He was quick to respond with any questions and provided the best deal so far, compared to our previous Disneyland/DCA trips. I sent him our flight schedules and that was it. It's as simple as that. Their shuttles' max capacity is 9 passengers, not including the driver. And it just worked out that our two family trip consist of 4 adults and 5 children. So we had the whole shuttle to ourselves, and they didn't have to circle around to fill up the shuttle. Our friend had a toddler that required a car seat and they provided one for her so our friend didn't have to bring one. Mickey called to make sure that we landed and he sent the shuttle over when we were picking up our luggages. He's prompt and on the ball. Our driver was nice and friendly. She drove us straight to our hotel and gave us a number to call the night before to confirm pick up time. In terms of payment, we're supposed to pay after each leg but our driver asked us to pay both legs of the trip and she gave us a card/receipt with her name and number to confirm that we paid in full. We were not planning on switching shuttle services, so we paid in full. Payment is in cash only. She asked for gratuity as well, which kind of put us off, so we told her that we will provide the gratuity after the transfer back to LAX. The day before our return flight, Mickey called to confirm pick up time. The shuttle came on time and off we went. I would definitely recommend Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle for your transfer needs. Convenience of booster seats was the reason we chose this company. That said, the van was so dirty and rundown. The driver was ok in customer service. The one thing that was bothering is the guy you speak to when booking was repeatedly bold in asking for a tip. I think it's incredibly rude to ask for a tip and assume I wouldnt tip. Don't think big bus shuttle think dingy white van. The signage is small and not obvious so you really have to look for them. But they come every hour in the evening and stop at the Green platforms and ask people if they're going to Disneyland. I would recommend calling their number and letting them know where you are so at least they know to look out for you. The reason they get 3 stars is it's not the nicest of shuttles. They ONLY take cash. And our driver made the gratuity mandatory which I don't think is fair. It was $30 + $5 tip to our hotel. And with 3 of us we probably should have taken a cab. But they did make sure we were picked up and we got to our hotel in an hour at rush hour. So if you don't mind a bit of a ghetto outfit it's not bad. read more

Not to be confused with Disneyland Express! (bigger, better buses, and still cheaper than these guys) This operation is very shady. The driver was very helpful with our ridiculous amount of luggage, but claimed to be the Disneyland Express. He knew we meant the bigger buses, and told us it was the same company when we asked. The worst part of the experience was when he berated my wife for not nursing our baby, and asked way too many questions about why we wouldn't just use a bottle or even nurse him in the moving vehicle. This outfit drives around the airport just before the big official bus shows up and then make a hard sell to talk you into going with them instead. Here's the parts they don't tell you (until you're on board): 1. They're going to probably circle the airport a few more times to pick up more people. 2. They ONLY TAKE CASH (despite the fact that you'll spend $90+ for a family of four). 3. The "discount" they offer on the return trip, only saves you about $5-$10 for a family of four. Mickey saved our day! When booking our trip, we made the mistake of booking Disneyland's recommended shuttle service, Disneyland Resort Express (run by Flyaway). My little family of five hauled our luggage out to the shuttle pickup area at LAX and sat around for nearly an hour waiting for the big Disneyland bus showing up. We call their toll-free number to check to see if we missed the bus, as we were at the location during the outlined pickup time, but the operator almost seemed annoyed with my call and told us that we need to just keep waiting. As you can imagine, my kids were becoming more restless by the minute - inhaling exaust fumes while all trying to squeeze onto a small bench - a pretty frustrating start to our trip. Meanwhile, these "Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle" vans kept pulling up every 10 minutes, asking if we needed a ride. We kept brushing them off and told them that we already booked transportation. After an hour, another of these Mickey's vans showed up and this silver-haired gentlemen stepped out and asked if we needed help. At this point I was very frustrated and quickly I told him that we already booked a shuttle and didn't need his help. He persisted and asked if we had seen all of the Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle vans that have come by while we had been waiting. He explained that he is Mickey and those are his vans. He then kindly offered to take us to our Disneyland hotel free of charge, as he was headed that way anyway. I was very skeptical, but at this point we were ready to get out of there. Long story short, we had an excellent experience with Mickey's shuttle service. It only took 40 minutes to get to the resort, with no other stops along the way (our hotel would have been the last stop on the Disneyland Resort Express Bus). Mickey was very kind and explained that he's been in business since the late 80's. When we finally got to our hotel, he refused to accept any money (even a tip!) and just asked that we consider his shuttle service in the future. Needless to say, we will use Mickey's shuttle from now on. His vans aren't flashy and his website might look like it's from 1997, but his service is reliable, reasonably priced, and you can rest assured that you'll get your vacation started right! So this was very convenient! It was cheaper then an Uber or a Taxi. My only gripe was that the prices quoted on the web page were no longer the correct prices ( unless he overcharged us ) It clearly says Adults 22$ and children 15$. We were 2 adults and a child so so our total should have been 59$. When we exited the shuttle he said it was gonna be 75$ ....in all the confusion I just paid it. When things had calmed down I went back and took another look at the website and it said clearly adults 22$. However they came within 45 min of us calling from the airport with no reservations and our return trip it was 15$ a head so 45$ was totally worth it. Both drivers on arrival and return were extremely pleasant and in the grand scheme of things what's 16$ ??? I would ride with them again, but I'd double check the prices upfront!
