They came back a second time to do the install and it works perfectly and cooked the house down significantly when I was having HVAC issues. I had a problem with my tv on a Saturday night. I assumed it was a wiring problem. I sent an email with an explanation of the problem assuming I'd hear from them Monday morning. Instead I got a response on Saturday night about 9:30. We had an email exchange. I was told the problem was with the TV not the wiring.
