I had an old attic fan that was broken and they came out the first time and confirmed it was broken and then showed me what attic fan I could get and what size from Home Depot in order to save cost. I had a problem with my tv on a Saturday night. I assumed it was a wiring problem. I sent an email with an explanation of the problem assuming I'd hear from them Monday morning. Instead I got a response on Saturday night about 9:30. We had an email exchange. I was told the problem was with the TV not the wiring.
