I had a dirty green pool that I needed cleaned up so that I could sell my house. Omar charged me $350 and came once for a one time cleanup. He added chemicals and cleaned the filter. Didn't vacuum the thick algae on the bottom. I should have asked him what he would exactly be doing for $350. For that price I expected a complete intensive cleanup to make the pool sparkling blue. It was a stressful time for me as I was busy trying to put my home on the market and I trusted he would do what I paid him to do. In hindsight, I now know that he cheated me. In the end, my realtor had to have her pool guy come and clean up my pool, who vacuumed thick layers of algae from the pool bottom and came back over several weeks to add lots of strong chemicals to make the pool sparkle. And for all that, I only had to pay him $100. So there's no doubt that I got scammed by Omar. Omar may be good for regular monthly service, but don't use him for specialized services. read more

One star only because I had to choose one. He left us with arcing wires and missing parts after he said he could replace motor and could not. Took our money and won't return calls or text. Paid for labor that wasn't finished and a part that didn't meet code or work for our system. Now after paying for an electrician and hiring a bigger well known company to put in new motor and pump, he's cost us over $2500. Plus no pool time for over three weeks in the middle of summer. He may keep your water clean, but do not hire Omar for mechanical maintenance or repair. read more
