These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

Mario came out within a couple days and quickly identified that the issue was not the remote but poor wiring in the junction box (which was done by another electrician years ago). Since it was later in the evening, he came back a few days later to install the switch and fix the junction box wiring. What I appreciate about Mario is that he took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and explained how he was going to fix it. He is trustworthy and guarantees the quality of his work. When we first met Chad back in May 2021, we were looking to get some low lighting in the front &…read moreback yard. Chad was very knowledgeable as my wife and I did not know much about low lighting. Chad gave us a lot different choices and he recommended Phillips Hue system that gave more variety with colored effects than just white lighting. He came back a few times with ideas until we made a decision. We installed the system in January 2022 and for the first few months the system was great! However a few months later we started getting issues with the cabling and Chad came back out to diagnose the issue and resolved it. Every few months we were having issues with the system which was very disheartening as it was an expensive system and the issue was the cabling and Chad no longer promoted Phillips Hue after our experience. We are still having issues with the system it was usually in the back yard but the past 2 times it has been in the front yard. When I have contacted Chad he has been responsive and I usually have to wait around 2-3 weeks until he was able to come out and fix the problem. In October 2024 we had another issue with some of the lights flickering and sometimes it doesn't switch on. I contacted Chad and it took a couple of texts to get a response saying he would be unavailable for 2 weeks but he would be in touch to come and look at the issue. It's been more than 6 weeks and he hasn't still responded to any of mine or my wife's text or messages, as we were concerned of his well being after silence. He has completely gone silent and it is unlike him not to reply but we have been left stranded and ignored. We would have preferred for him to respond and say no I can't keep coming to fix the issue rather than just to be ignored. We regret putting the Phillips Hue system and wish we just put in white lights and my wife + we feel very disappointed and let down with Chad also considering we gave him some work at our HOA. We are all about helping folks and promoting good work. Chad is a great guy, we are sorry our system is problematic but he charges to come and fix issues, we are disappointed to be left stranded with silence to texts, emails and messages. This is not the way you treat a good customer and we felt he was not happy coming to fix the issues as it was every few months, which is unheard of. We are very disappointed in Phillips Hue. We were not about to change the system again to just simple white lights after spending thousands. We now find someone else to help resolve the issue. We wish Chad would at least support the failures and help us rather than having us restart the process with a new professional. It saddens me to write this review as if you look at my reviews they are always generally positive but this experience is one we needed tor share for awareness.

So I bought a new ceiling fan and realized the installation included going in my rafters to mount it. At that point, I knew it was above my pay grade. I located Baumel Brothers on Yelp and Shane got back to me and we negotiated a fair price to have his team come out and install it for me. Casey and Joseph showed up on time and knew exactly what to do. I was prepared with drop clothes and a ladder for them. After one of them went in my rafters to set up the mounting kit, they installed my new fan and it works great with plenty of light. Casey and Joseph were respectful and knowledgeable. Working with Shane was a pleasure and now I have him giving me an estimate on converting Fluorescent Lights to Can Lights. We set an appointment for a couple weeks out. Communication was great all the way through! Although it was a standard 33 x 22 sink replacement, Victor had to cut quite a lot from the counter top to get it to sit flush. After that, he got the disposal and all the plumbing to line up. He ran the sink and disposal and after a few more minor adjustments, he was done. Everything works perfectly! No leaks. I will be using Victor for future projects.
