I located Baumel Brothers on Yelp and Shane got back to me and we negotiated a fair price to have his team come out and install it for me. Casey and Joseph showed up on time and knew exactly what to do. I was prepared with drop clothes and a ladder for them. After one of them went in my rafters to set up the mounting kit, they installed my new fan and it works great with plenty of light. Casey and Joseph were respectful and knowledgeable. Working with Shane was a pleasure and now I have him giving me an estimate on converting Fluorescent Lights to Can Lights. I highly recommend Baumel Brothers and it would serve you well to use them for any electrical service big or small. You will be glad you did!

These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

Other companies either told me what I wanted wasn't doable or flaked on the scheduled appointment. I told Jody I needed a Tesla Wall Mounted into the garage. it was a complicated process because of old panels but the work around was to make a sub panel dedicated to the EV Charger. I asked if he can slide me in his busy schedule rather than waiting a week. He asked why I was in a hurry to get it done and I told him "I HATE CHARGING AT SUPER CHARGERS and I'm off on Thursday" .... We set an appointment for a couple weeks out. Communication was great all the way through! Although it was a standard 33 x 22 sink replacement, Victor had to cut quite a lot from the counter top to get it to sit flush. After that, he got the disposal and all the plumbing to line up. Not sure if it was because I told you this was my first home but the dishonesty in your pricing needs to be reassessed. With internet access and electrician feedback it's easy to tell that your quote was ridiculous. The suggested approach to the work wasn't great either, my home definitely doesn't need a sub panel in the house when I'm getting a main panel upgrade. The number of dedicated circuits recommended by you compared to general recommendations I've heard didn't match nor made sense with the high price you charged. 29-33k for 12 circuits and a main panel upgrade with an unneeded sub panel in the home to "save on wires used"? Really? The only positive thing I have to say is your customer service rep was kind.
