She then reluctantly opened the door and said I could wait in the waiting room. Reflections dermatology is better as far as not closing up the office for a lunch break and also great customer service, however extremely expensive. The PA or nurse practitioner here at Mid FL actually froze a few spots for me without charging an additional fee. This to me was really exceptional as reflections dermatology won't do anything cosmetic without charging a major amount. So.... For anything covered by insurance I usually go to Reflections, but for anything cosmetic I usually go to Mid Florida. I guess as with any company it all depends on whom you see and whom is working at the time.
