Midas screwed up my car on numerous occasions. Along with approx 3 coworkers, all of whom made the mistake of going there. The mechanic left his tools in my car and my car makes new scraping metal sounds. I recorded everything and will share a link to video. Service counter bad mouthing customer ahead of me, service counter lying to me about driving the car. Midas left a "concerned" message here to which I responded. I am yet to hear anything back. Call to see if I needed an appointment for an oil change and was told to come right in. Got there and had to wait two hours to get it done. While I was sitting there , I heard them tell five different customers in a row that they needed their rear brakes replaced. Of course when my car was ready, I was told I will be needing rear barked soon too. BEWARE!!! PLACE IS A SCAM!!! read more

Cars are expensive. Period. And in this world you get what you pay for. I feel that I got not only good car maintenance but wonderful customer service. I was real with them and in return they were real with me. Very kind and I felt right at home. Other places? I hated sitting and waiting for my car and it was dead silent with a cold hearted feeling. Keeping this review short and as descriptive as I can, saw a deal on Groupon for oil changes and knew I need mine done so I didn't hesitate. Called to confirm my appointment for 1:30 on Monday and everything went smooth from there. Got here and expected a smooth experience of just getting an oil change with NO PROBLEMS. about a half hour later I get told that the technician broke my oil pan bolt and stripped it. He tried to give me other options talking about we can order the part and change your entire gasket for $600+ dollars. I'm confused as to how it got there, why was he using excessive force instead of following the necessary guidelines to make sure this whole thing went smoothly. After him calling to if that part was in stock he began to talk about this part that could be put on my car so that he could break the bolt off and add this drain plug that would fix the problem of him striping the bolt. It is almost 4pm and I'm still here as they are trying to change the oil in my car. He would stop doing the oil for my car and began to help other customers as their cars began to pull up, that is very disrespectful and I had an appointment so I don't get how you stop doing my oil change and you start doing someone else's work. I was told the whole ordeal would last an hour and it is going on 3 times that amount he promised me. Wouldn't recommend going here ever again, they change management every couple of months and I will never come here again. Terrible service. read more

Habib is the chief at this location and he is excellent. He is well trained and he helps you the customer understand your options and priorities. This shop has staff members that are talented and expert, under Habib's supervision they can handle just about any repair. I bought the $19.00 groupon for an oil change, i got ripped off and was told my my car needed synthetic oil and got charged and extra $50.00. Service was horrible I waited in the waiting room for an hour and they told me my car was ready and it wasn't even my car. Awful service, i would NOT recommend. It took me a couple weeks to actually get it done because they wouldn't make me an appointment and the man I spoke to on the phone told tell me to come in a certain time but to call ahead and every time I called I was told they were "short staffed" or "really busy" terrible experience I would never go to Midas again. read more

Went in with a Groupon. Although not specified, I made an appointment and showed up on time. Although it was a Wednesday at 1PM, a Mechanic, who I had to question if he was, being he didn't have a spot of grease on him, gave me a look as if I came in on a Friday, a minute before closing. After disputing that I had an appointment, questioning me to who I spoke to and what number I called, He then told me that he couldn't honor my Groupon because it was printed out. He insisted that I needed to have it on a smart phone. I informed him that it said, right on the paper that it could be printed. He first suggested that I "have someone come down with a smart phone". Then he suggested that I cancel my Groupon and pay cash. As I continued to discuss this with him, he responded, "I'm not gonna argue with you" and walked out of the office into the garage. By now I was heated and couldn't believe that this is how they would treat a customer. Dude washed his hands five times since I was there and appeared as if he either was lazy as hell and/or had somewhere to go after work and didn't want to get dirty. Luckily, a man named "Tony" was able to calm me down by his insistence that he would make this right. He did! Tony went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and provided great effort to calm me down and fulfill this transaction. If he isn't, he Should be Shop Manager! As soon as I got home, I changed my Groupon password, as I needed to use their computer to log in to Groupon, as they claimed to have no other way to honor this Groupon. The next day, I got a call from my mom, at my residence, telling me that somehow the owner got her phone number, at her residence, and was looking for me. He left a phone number that I called several times but got no answer. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! I wasn't going to write this review but feel violated. First ,for the unprofessional, disrespectful attitude by the mechanic. Second, that I had to log into their computer thus, compromising my Groupon password and Third, that this "Owner" obtained my Mom's phone number and called her at 8Am (She's retired) and then never even took my call! Place is not run very well. Came to pick up my car after an oil change and I was told he couldn't close it with out the mileage on the car and the kid was next door. So I sat here for 15 min while the guy at the counter messed around out front instead of grabbing the mileage himself. Also had a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and the just did a basic one. I'm not even going to have them fix it. I'll just do it myself so I know it's right. read more
