No-H20 has several packages to choose from: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. AND they are very reasonably priced. You select and schedule everything online. After selecting your category - like car or in my case SUV, it brings you to the next step of selecting the service you want & booking it. ( Note: when you book your appointment you pay at the same time.) I chose the Silver Package for $180. Tom ( I think he's the owner) did my car detail and did a great job! He arrived at my house right on time. Tom told me upfront that he probably wouldn't be able to get all the dog hair up, I did have a lot, but he would try to get most of it. Two and a half hours later my car was done. It looked beautiful. It was shiny and clean- the wheels and tires too, plus completely vacuumed. The console, dash, doors, seats, carpet & mats looked like new. The windows inside & out were sparkly, he even cleaned the door jams & removed trash. Oh and the dog hair was almost all gone! I seen my car on EBay at 1:47am while I was scrolling every Impala page imaginable and I seen this one. It's all white with red interior. At 9:01 a.m. I called Cars remember when , Rob answered, I told him I want this car, I am going to buy it and he said okay you are the first person to actually say that, so it is your car. I asked to put a deposit down to secure the vehicle, of course he said yes and I was on a plane within hours. When we arrived at Cars Remember when I was amazed by all the cars. It is like an automobile museum and you can actually buy the cars, there is literally something for everyone. You can buy grandmas car that she picked up groceries in for 40 years and only put 20k miles on it or you can buy something from the 30's or you can get a fastback or even a GTO. I believe we where greeted by the entire staff throughout the time we were there. It's like they made it a point to make us feel welcomed and just genuinely meet us and chat. We met the owner and everyone in between, to me that shows great leadership and family atmosphere. We are impressed. Rob is attentive, polite, friendly, an overall great guy. He even figured out my girlfriends nickname by her email "Mada". Now he doesn't pronounce it correctly but that's okay. So this place we can't say enough about but if your looking for an entire experience when you buy a car you've been searching for this is definitely the place. I gave my car to Elite Hail Systems on May 30 to repair hail damage. Elite said it would take 3…read moreweeks. They received my insurance's payment for repairs. They fixed minor side panel dents but did not repair the hood or roof or trim. They gave me back the car unfinished in July and said they are waiting on parts to arrive in August. Then they said September. Then they said October. Then they said November. I have an extensively hail damaged car but Elite has been paid over $12k without finishing the service. Each time I call them, they continue to push out the date for receiving parts. They blame the current auto strike, but the strike was not occurring in June or July or August. This feels like fraud. Sidenote, when they initially had my car in June, I watched my car info using an app. They somehow used 1/4 tank of gas and added 30 miles to the odometer. Why? Then they return an unrepaired car to me. Update: "Jimmer" from Elite called me after this review posted and told me to call a local auto dealer and ask them for a part for my car. Me, really? How hard are they working to finish the repairs when they only use one supplier and they tell me to track down the part? Unprofessional and fraudulent.
