I recently called to have them service my Kawasaki brute force and the refused to take it in and referred me to another shop. They said because it was an older model they will not take it in and that they have a lot of trouble sourcing parts. How would they know without even checking? I found all the parts on line in at numerous vendors. Their core business philosophy had changed. They are more intent on sales and not on servicing what they've sold. Their service dept. Used to be great, approachable and helpful this is not the case in recently. If you buy from them just know that they may not be there to help you when you need to fix your unit.

The book says this job is 1.5 hours. When I got there, they told me they would charge me for .7 hours for the job. I had the stud and lug nut so they just had to remove the rotor, knock out the old stud and press the new one in. Anyway, I've decided to have my car serviced (if needed, since I do most of the work myself) here from now on. I have had nothing but great experiences with this particular shop. They put a new tire on a wheel for me at no charge (it was off the vehicle), they broke free a couple of seized lug nuts at no charge, they balanced a wheel for me at no charge because it was a Goodyear tire, and now today, they didn't charge me the full 1.5 hours of labor like they could have. I am very happy with the service and the aloha here at Goodyear and will bring my vehicle back when needed.

Got it scheduled for a 10 hour job starting on a Monday. I rented a van for the week just in case, so he could take his time and make sure it was all good. Promised by Wed. No call Wed. No call Thurs. Had to call him!! He said on Friday, we put it back together wrong, so I'm having to take it apart and put it back together again. End of day Friday, not done!! Got call after 10pm, car was ready hes leaving it outside for me to pickup. Got there Saturday, husband drove from shop to palisades, AC BLEW HOT AGAIN! Steering wheel not properly tightened, guard under steering wheel... GONE! DASHBOARD JACKED UP!!!! I mean it looks as if a screwdriver was used to pry off every piece they touched!!! Black smudges all over dash, doors, panels and headliner. I was LIVID!!!!!! He tightened the steering and said sorry, I'll order the parts and we will make it right. Still NO trim for the dash which was one of the most important parts to replace. Under the dash wasn't even put back together right!!! Stereo flickers on and off, Service Airbag light on, and the best part of all... THE AIR DOESN'T EVEN BLOW OUT OF THE RIGHT VENTS ANYMORE!!!!!! If you do the windshield defrost the HOT air blows out of the 2 vents above the stereo. This was June 4-9 2018... today is SEPTEMBER 26 and he still has not made it right. It took me demanding replacement of the damaged pieces... which would be here in a week.. then 2 weeks... then 4 weeks then 4.. then 2 months later a couple arrived. Definitely not a man that should be allowed to run a shop and work on peoples vehicles. He is unsafe, uneducated in the field he claims to be certified in. No aloha, no respect, no common courtesy to call and keep me updated on status of trying to make it right. *Note: I paid $700 for the parts being ordered, and the receipt he gave me showed he only ordered the Evap Core - I was supposed to pay him for labor at pickup of vehicle but because he didn't have it ready we agreed I'd come in Monday June 11th to pay. I called him the day I got my car with the issues and he said he doesn't want any money until I'm happy. THAT STILL HASN'T HAPPENED. NOW he has left me with a vehicle unsafe, damaged and HE DOESN'T GIVE A RIP!!! Do not trust your vehicles with this shop, STAY FAR AWAY!

As I was chatting with the technician, about how they changed the oil where they primarily use suction to suck out all of the oil instead of using the drain plug, and as I said that he offered to use the drain plug method, which is better for removal of sediment at the bottom of the oil Bay. Unfortunately because my registration did lapse I failed my safety check and had to go get that fixed before I could pass. Upon returning after that they were great and they did a thorough inspection upon returning and I didn't have to wait in line again. Thanks for all the help and service!
