I knew my car was not in that bad of a shape like the tech tried to make it out to be. The tech then says the service will take about 4 hours,I told him that's too long for a simple check engine light diagnostic test and I have to pick up my kids from school. Price- whoa it was more than double what it used to be. Even with a coupon (you can find that on their website or Yelp page). Staff- very friendly buttttt a bit pushy in doing other things aside from the oil change which I didn't love. Time- it was VERY busy. The line of cars went through the parking lot. Staff did their best to keep it moving though! Still, I love being able to stay in my car and just work from my comp. Probably won't come again because of the price (I did some research after and there were more affordable places with same synthetic oil).

Laguna Auto Service Center will give you world class customer service…read more I recently parked on PCH at a meter and when I returned to my car the key FOB battery was dead. I was having difficulty inserting the key into the manual lock under the door handle. Auto Club could not assist so I started walking down the street to see where I could purchase a battery for my FOB. I got lucky and saw Laguna Auto Service Center. When I entered the auto service office, I was pleasantly greeted by Eric. Eric was able to sell me a FOB battery at a reasonable price, and he kindly installed the battery for me. When I returned to my car with a new battery in the FOB, the door was not unlocking, and I still could not insert the manual key to unlock the door. I went back to Laguna Auto Service Center and shared the details of the car not unlocking with Eric, and he said he would be happy to walk up the street and help me get the car unlocked. Eric provided exceptional customer service in walking up the street to help me unlock and start the car. In addition, Eric gave generously of his time and did not want any compensation for helping me. If this is what Laguan Auto Service Center does for a customer needing a battery for their key FOB, then the auto repair service will be the same outstanding and caring service. If your auto needs service, I highly recommend Laguna Auto Service Center and ask for Eric. Eric is very nice and professional in helping with your auto issues. However, if you need more sophisticated work done, you'll need to go somewhere else. When my engine light came on, they worked on something, but as I drove away the light came right back on. I brought it back in and they worked on the car a little more but couldn't figure out what was causing the issue. I was charged for work done both times, but my engine light was still on. They finally recommended that I take my car into a Range Rover specialist. I did and the specialist was able to figure out the issue and turn off the engine light for me.
