As I was on my way to tow the car to the specialist, Tim called me back and said 'hey, guess what - it's the ECU( um, we already knew this and you said I need to go somewhere else for am ECU specialist). Tim said he had the last ECU new computer in the U.S. on hold. Tim, who said they don't do this type of work just the day before said "It will cost $3350 and we can program it too." Ok. Weird. Just before this conversation with Tim, I talked to 4 ECU Specialists in the area. Only one thought they could fix it and they would only charge $1150 for Parts, labor and programming. Tim suddenly decided they could do it. He can lie with a big smile on his face, sadly. And his boss didn't listen to what actually happened - he interrupted me and was really aggressive. He shut me down saying 'I was going to remove the ignition coils and give you a small, partial refund - but now I won't." Big man..."ladies, beware of these crooked mechanics." Seriously, I would never let these men touch my car ever again. If you want to be drastically overcharged and lied to - and not refunded when they misdiagnose the problem - run! Don't walk away from 'Sh*tty, Service' - oops, I mean 'Super' Service' - what a horrible and stressful experience. These people only care about one thing. Ripping you off. I have filed a BAR report on them. Hopefully they don't get away with fake repairs...I had a previous bad experience with Tim also - he tricked me into signing a doc that they would charge me $150 for diagnostics on the Engine light. There was a host of 'problems amounting to thousands of dollars. I left and got a second opinion. None of those issues were actually wrong with my car. And he wouldn't apply that $150 to my Repairs as promised. He took that money and didn't actually repair a thing. Very salesy 'fake friendly'. Watch out!! I hope businesses like this are quickly replaced by integrity-based, service oriented companies who stand by their word. Please don't let them rip you off too.

I have to admit I was a little nervous about the service when I explained to him that Midas had told me that I did need to replace my front brake pads and he told me he didn't even know who Midas was. He did the service in a reasonable time about an hour just like he told me. and the price was right. so far the brakes are working pretty good.

Laguna tire is absolutely the best! While recently on a family trip with my wife And 3 daughters when we suddenly had both of our fairly new passenger side tires blowout! Not only did Laguna tire send a tow truck but the manager nick Gonzalez personally picked up my family and myself, gave us an amazing deal on two new tires and had us on the road to enjoy our vacation! From past experience, I know leasing companies can charge a premium for even minor damage, so it was important to get everything repaired beforehand. I decided to call Laguna Auto Service because I wanted to support a local business, and they had an outstanding online reputation. Around 1:00 p.m., I called to get a quote for repairing the three wheels. Mo, the owner, answered the phone and quoted me $200 per wheel. I drove over so he could inspect the car, and after taking a look, he told me he could also pop the front bumper back into place. We agreed to meet on Monday. When I got home, I realized I actually had to return the car the following Wednesday--and it was already Saturday! I called Mo back, explained the situation, and without hesitation he told me to bring the car on that same day. I dropped it off around 2:40 p.m. At 5:13 p.m.--less than three hours later--Mo called and said my car was ready for pickup. I honestly couldn't believe it. When I arrived, all three wheels looked brand new, and the front bumper was perfectly back in place. Even better, he didn't charge me anything for fixing the bumper. The total came to exactly $600, just as quoted for the wheels. These days it seems like every car repair comes with an eye-watering bill, but Mo was incredibly fair, honest, and efficient. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the turnaround time was nothing short of amazing. I won't be taking my cars anywhere else for future repairs. Thank you so much, Mo! Highly recommended.

I was having difficulty inserting the key into the manual lock under the door handle. Auto Club could not assist so I started walking down the street to see where I could purchase a battery for my FOB. I got lucky and saw Laguna Auto Service Center. When I entered the auto service office, I was pleasantly greeted by Eric. Eric was able to sell me a FOB battery at a reasonable price, and he kindly installed the battery for me. When I returned to my car with a new battery in the FOB, the door was not unlocking, and I still could not insert the manual key to unlock the door. I went back to Laguna Auto Service Center and shared the details of the car not unlocking with Eric, and he said he would be happy to walk up the street and help me get the car unlocked. Eric provided exceptional customer service in walking up the street to help me unlock and start the car. In addition, Eric gave generously of his time and did not want any compensation for helping me. If this is what Laguan Auto Service Center does for a customer needing a battery for their key FOB, then the auto repair service will be the same outstanding and caring service. If your auto needs service, I highly recommend Laguna Auto Service Center and ask for Eric. Eric is very nice and professional in helping with your auto issues. Their customer service at Laguna Auto Service Center is simply the best!

He took the time to check everything thoroughly and realized there was actually a spare tire underneath the car the entire time. Instead of going through with the sale, he let my husband know and changed it out for him--completely free of charge. That level of honesty is rare and truly appreciated. The entire team was welcoming, kind, and professional from start to finish. We're so grateful they saved us money and took such great care of us.
