Two of the guys I'm most familiar with Tyler and Chai, are of the highest degree. Very professional and considerate of my safety as well as their own, when it came to a tire with uneven wear. While they advised me they couldn't help with my problem that day, they would later have me return and put my premounted snow tires on and then address the slow leak I was having. While I may not have gotten the problem fixed that day, as it wasn't a life threatening issue (only a few pounds of air lost a day if even), we had a solution within 15 minutes of my arrival and a plan going forward that actually worked for me. It was almost surreal how painless this was. And this is but one of the many exceptional experiences I have had with this store. My family and it's business has been getting tires from this location for many years prior to me meeting the guys mentioned above and I can say without doubt they are the best tire shop in town. They are always there to take your call or address any issue at a moments notice and will promptly schedule service at the soonest possible convenience.

This was a defective part and repair should have been covered by warranty. While AutoZone (part supplier) did pay for the repair to the front end, they have still not paid for the damage done to the front fender. It has now been 3 months since the incident and I just keep getting excuses. If this had happened at highway speed, my son could have been killed or seriously injured. I had ordered the Kirkland Protein drink which was wrapped in plastic if you picked it up at the store. When they shipped, they just wrapped it further in plastic, no box just plastic. When I received the package several of the paper cartons were crushed and leaking. When I contacted Costco the only recourse they offered was to send out another case of the product. I even offered to return the damaged case for a refund. I asked to have a supervisor contact me, no contact was made. I typically order the Tart Cherry Juice from Sam's Club, they are always double boxed, never had a problem with a crushed box. So yeah, I think Sam's Club is great.
