Their hazard insurance/certificate is a great value with pothole season upon us. My dashboard was continuously indicating one tire was experiencing low pressure even after adding air a couple times and another tire had a visible bulge on it. The Discount Tire team work on a rotation at the service counter. On my recent visit, I had the pleasure of getting the Service Assistant Manager, Tyler Baur. He indicated the bulge was most likely caused by hitting a pothole and the bulge was the indication of what was happening inside the tire. He got my other tire looked at and they determined there was a small piece of metal causing a slow leak that they were able to remove. My hazard certificate took care of replacing the other tire with the bulge. So, I received a $180 tire replacement plus a repair of the other for me to be out the door for less than $34. I'm confident and pleased that my tires are in a good and safe condition for the road. Thank you Tyler and Discount Tire!

It's safe to say, I truly appreciated that they were not only open on a Sunday when everyone else was closed but how fast, efficient, and KIND every person was.
