I visited on one of those amazingly frigid January days we get here in the Midwest and they had the heat blasting from above to keep the cavernous, window-filled garage warm. I've been here several times over the last couple of years and the process always moves quickly. Being able to sit in my car the whole time is a perk that keeps me coming back. They were shortstaffed, so I gather that was the reason they did not take a gander at my cabin air filter or try to upsell me on any other items, as is typical. Also skipped was guiding me through resetting the oil change reminder my car gives me. They verified that my headlights and signals were functioning properly, though. I used to think it was a plus that they checked the air in my tires, but when I left this time, I realized that three out of four of my caps weren't screwed back on properly. So next time, I will just have them skip that part and stick to doing it myself. I remembered to grab the discount that's always available: I utilize the synthetic blend, so I saved $15.
