Bauer was extremely rude, demeaning, and angry bc he was called out for these multiple attempts at padding my invoice. He got away with the bulk of it by refusing to allow me to pay what was agreed and wouldn't return my vehicle though i'd driven 4 hours to pick it up on Christmas Eve. I drove over, checked in, dropped my keys off, and waited. He told me it would be about an hour (which turned out to be an accurate estimate).
