They get you in and out fast no matter if you're at the wash, the detail center, or oil change center. One of reason to get the deluxe membership is the under-carry wash.

I drove over, checked in, dropped my keys off, and waited. He told me it would be about an hour (which turned out to be an accurate estimate). This was very embarrassing and I asked if he could just change the oil and he said because it was 6pm (late in the day) he don't want to take the chance. We were very concerned, so we called around to see if our trusted mechanic--or any local mechanic--could look at the car. No one could fit us in right away, and since Jiffy Lube is open on weekends, we scheduled an appointment there and had the front brakes replaced. Luckily, we only did the front. When our mechanic finally inspected the car, they confirmed the rear brakes were in good condition, so it's very likely the front were fine too. The replacement was unnecessary. This was fraud. They performed and charged for work that didn't need to be done. If you care about honesty and safety, avoid this location and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs.
