I spoke to Jeff in January about the charges-he said he would call back and followup but never did. I put in a dispute with my credit card company but it did not get resolved because XMA disputed it. I should have never paid for my kids memberships annually...this rollover membership is a ripoff since the company doesn't followup with families. It must be nice just to earn money for kids that don't actually go. Unfortunately, its the families who pay. I heard they were really great at one point, but a bunch of families have mentioned how its gone down hill. Plus I know I'm not the only one who has issues with charges.

Just started here and was a bit concerned about being new. I am admittedly fat and very out of…read moreshape and was concerned about being the floundering whale flopping on the floor getting laughed at. Everyone from beginner to the very experienced at this place is very helpful and very friendly. They understand being new is hard and they help in any way they can. I did take a few one on one lessons and then jumped into classes. It's a blast but far from easy. Expect to be a little sore and achy as you will use muscles you had no idea you had. Flexibility is important so plan on getting there a little early to stretch out before class. I've had ACL replacement, hand reconstruction from a severe shattering, and have a hip replacement and I'm 47 years old. If I can get out there and flop around anyone can.

The staff is top notch, they have endless games and activities they do with the kids, including archery! The fact that they also cover school vacation and early dismissal days make the lives of working parents SO much easier. The Taekwondo is great- taught by Mr. L and black belts. The kids are taught respect and self control, and it's hysterical to watch them shouting and counting in Korean. I can't say enough about this academy. We are looking forward to their summer camp program as well- and they just started kickboxing classes for adults!
