Usually, I expect some kind of headache with storage, but the owners here are super easy to work with and actually get back to you fast if you need anything. The place is always clean and feels safe, which was the main thing I was looking for. It's also rare to find this kind of quality and value without the prices constantly spiking on you--they've been really fair and consistent. It was so pervasive, covering and damaging all the antiques. Insurance did nothing and Midgard avoided any responsibility. No discount, no cleaning, just a constant price hike. This is a terrible company I would avoid storing anything with them. Just another large company with zero ethics and just looking to make money.

I completed the entire lease process online, including signing all documents. I had no sooner finished the lease purchase when I received a phone call from Sarah confirming my reservation. Sarah has communicated expectations, and I have set up auto-pay to ensure my payment is made regardless of what other things I have ongoing each month. The auto-pay feature offers a great piece of mind. I feel like this location is as secure as possible with the installed gate, cameras, and lighting. No location, including your backyard, guarantees security, but this is why I carry full coverage on my investment and list FreeUp Storage as an interested party. After a month of leasing from FreeUp, I am confident in posting a five-star review of my experience. I want to Thank Sarah for reaching out and offering the information and assistance she has provided. I have had my RV at four other RV Storage facilities over time and have not had this level of customer service in any of those experiences.
