Here goes the detailed review: Reached this place around seven in the evening and was held at two desks with really slow gentlemen. We still held our patience and finally reached the desk where we were informed that we had to fill out an additional customs form because this shipment was being sent overseas (all good so far). We consulted our colleague who had sent such shipments multiple times and she informed us that this is usually done by the FedEx agents and then can help you but the gentleman at counter 2 would not deter at all and forced us to fill out the form. We had to forfeit the line and fill it out and then get back in line (By this time it was 7.30 and the place closes at 8.15 pm) After we filled out the form, we went to counter 3 since counter two was busy and handed him the form. This person placed the form facing down and did not even look at the form and he said he would take care of everything. We re-confirmed and he confirmed that he does not need this form and he can fill it out on the internal website. (Stared at counter 2 rep and continued). We were very grateful to him but I guess it was too early to judge. He asked why we did not print the label at home and we mentioned we were in a hurry. At this point he gave us totally unnecessary information - "you know you would be charged 20% extra since you are wasting my time to fill out this form and print out the label". - These exact words. We were dumbstruck but were getting late so continued there somehow. Next, he could not upload the information. I gently asked if he could retry. He replied - "Hello, I have already tried 18 times and now it's 20. Try counter 1." With the clock at 7.50, we went to counter 1 where we were greeted with a smile. No requirement for the customs form as he helped to fill in the details and we were done in 10 min. He was so helpful and cheerful throughout the process. I wish I knew his name and would definitely write it here. The black gentleman is the only reason I am giving this horrible place with morose service a two-star and not a 1-star review. I hope I never have to go there again!

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Then asked for just $70 additional when we said no to $200. We had already paid the deposit and nothing was being moved at all!!!!. We did not Zell any money and kept everything on a credit card for better records. Chriss was gone 7.5 hours to pick up a truck in Cartersville! Seriously?! I wonder what he was doing for all that time. Took 2 days to move one house. Michelle quit answering texts after all our complaints, but promised a supervisor would call. No call! She never checked in or showed up to manage this goat rodeo! Do not trust them!!!! Unprofessional! Poorly dressed! Looked like they were on drugs! Our move was confirmed for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. We packed our entire home, organized our schedule, and prepared everything according to the commitment made by this company. When the scheduled time arrived, we called to confirm their arrival and were shocked to learn that our reservation was not even in their system. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, they apologized and rescheduled the move for Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Because we live in a townhouse community where moving is not allowed on Sundays, we had to go through the trouble of obtaining a special exception just to accommodate their mistake. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. Sunday came, and once again they failed to show up. No movers, no solution, and no accountability. As a result, we were left with our entire home packed in boxes, unable to move, dealing with stressed and confused dogs, rearranging work commitments, and facing unnecessary emotional and logistical stress. This was not a minor inconvenience--it completely disrupted our lives for an entire weekend. What concerns us most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of reliability. A moving company is hired because people trust them with one of the most important and stressful transitions in their lives. Failing once is bad enough. Failing twice in a row after promising to fix the situation is unacceptable. We strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before booking. Verify everything repeatedly and have a backup plan, because our experience demonstrated that a confirmed reservation may not mean much. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we have ever had, and we would not want another family to go through the same situation.
