For example, if the # of people in your party decreases, you will still have to pay the higher rate (we would have called ahead, had we known, not that it would have made a difference). Your reservation time is your start time, regardless of your arrival time. They add several taxes on to your bill, in addition to set gratuity (nonnegotiable). The WiFi sucked, making everything slow; some songs would stop in the middle; at one point, the internet actually went out and the karaoke system had to be rebooted (they claimed it was due to the weather - rain?); the drinks were ridiculously priced; and they charge you by the minute. It is very damp/humid, dated, and smells danky. The kid working the front desk means well and tries to resolve, but the owner is a piece of work. Any issue you raise and she berates you (nothing "family" about that). You've been warned. Do not recommend at all.
