I came here for an oil change and the process was quick and painless. It came to about $55 for a regular oil change (synthetic). They warned me it would take about half an hour, but I could leave my phone number and they'd call me if I wanted to walk around while waiting (I did). As long as I came back before they closed for the day, I'd be fine. I even had a dent in the back of my car from someone who rear ended the corner of my car and they popped the dent out for me for free! Now it's barely even noticeable. When I got my first car at 18 I learned how sketchy mechanics can be, since you can't exactly fact check everything they say without great effort or expertise. Because of that, I chose to go to Mazda dealership, in hopes that the service would be 10/10 quality and nonsuspicious. One day Mazda told me my fuel injectors needed to be replaced and it was going to cost my 19 yo self $1600! I went on yelp and messaged tons of auto services for quotes, all upwards of $1000, so I decided to go back to the motherland! Jk but I decided to reach out to the Vietnamese mechanics in the area! Blessed I am to have found Pro Auto Tire just down the street from Mazda dealership. I handed the guy the diagnostics, he looked at my car and told me only 1 fuel injector needed to be replaced rather than all 4, and fixed my car for $200-300 (i forget) as opposed to 1600! I remember laughing while paying, because the diagnostic alone at Mazda was around $200. Ever since, I ditched the dealership entirely and I get all my services done here, brake pads, oil changes, broken water pump replacement..etc. I trust this business with my whole being and have recommended several friends to this place. One drove down from LA just to go to a trusted mechanic and not get scammed with unnecessary services and fees. You don't understand how many people text me asking for this shops info when I tell them the prices I pay or how straight forward all my car maintenance is. Son the manager is masterful at his passion for mechanics of fixing any problem you throw at him and is an amazing human being. 2. Everyone that works on your car in this shop is a hustler (they need to be because of the high volume of return customers for the great work they do) and get you in and out as quickly as they can but never cut corners and always get the job done right and the results desired. 3. The prices here are crazy low so low I have never felt the need to haggle or negotiate because they crush there competition in all ways. I have been servicing my 2013 Toyota Prius for 8 years and because of Son's God like skills I am at 183k miles and my car is running like new literally. The owner tried to scam me! I came in for a oil change for my 2014 Toyota Camry. The owner told me a synthetic blend (dealer oil) change would be $35, and a full synthetic oil change would be $55. I chose the full synthetic change and After 20 minutes, my car was done. The technician that worked on my car came to tell me my car was finished, but asked me to wait until the owner came back so I pay him directly. I was in a rush and needed to go, so I asked the technician if I could just pay him now and he said ok. I asked him what kind of oil he used and and he said the owner told him to use the dealer blend oil (cheaper one). At that time I knew the owner tried to scam me by telling the technician to put cheaper oil in my car when I specifically asked for a $55 full synthetic oil change (what he recommended as well). Be wary and extra cautious when taking your vehicle in for diagnostic or repair with this operation. Today June 24, 2022, I took my car (Lexus RX450H) to them to assemble the hitch trailer. When it was done I checked again and to my surprise the plastic wrap underneath the outside they didn't reattach it back to my car (the cover). When I talked to them they said it wasn't necessary to put it back on. I disagreed and asked them to reattach it to me but they don't do it. If I didn't find out, I wonder they took my cover to sell to someone else later or what... I am very UPSET! I ended up having to take that cover and go to another auto shop to pay a second time for them to put it back on my car. This is the first and also the last time, I am never coming back. If I could give negative stars, I would. If you're not going to provide quality customer service, then why open and run a shop in the first place? Avoid this place! read more

SUPERFAST AND SEAMLESS! Needed a tire replaced. The owner had it in stock. I asked if he could get me out the door within an hour he's like sure. I went to Poop boys earlier, and they had stock too, but said would take more than an hour. "Even filling out the paperwork will take 15 minutes," the rep explained. I walked out and found this place. Before I even walked out the door, the car was on the lift. I came back in 20 minutes, new tire, paid, and left. Bada bing, bada boom! I will never come here again. I came to get my oil change in my Fiat and one day later my car tells me "have engine oil changed". I checked the oil and it looked fine. Decided to make a closer inspection and went under my car. These mofo decided not to change my oil filter. So I ended up changing the oil at home myself. The whole point of me getting my oil changed by a mechanic is because I didn't have time to do it myself due to the rain we been having. If you guys don't have my car's filter then don't change my oil. It's pointless to change oil if you don't change the filter. You guys can go f*ck yourselves. read more

What a life saver! My car broke down while was doing errands, it won't start at all, even the AAA tow truck driver/mechanic tried to get it to start, nothing! Before going here, I called and spoke to Son to get his approval before I get the car towed here. As soon as my car was dropped off by the tow truck, Son inspected and found the problem right away. Luckily it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. I also got my AC recharged and it was colder than ever! The best part was it only took about less than one hour to get back on the road. read more

I will only write reviews for the places where I receive 6/5 outstanding service out of the 5/5 star ranking. I found out about this place when I was in the waiting room at the honda dealer. There was a patron that I started chatting it up with and he mentioned this shop for quality and price. He mentioned an approx. cost for my breaks at Pro Tire and after I got the estimate from the dealer (2x as much) I decided to call Pro Tire. Sun (the owner) was able to take me the same day and confirmed the cost over the phone. I came in and after a few hours my car was good to go. Since then I got a Infiniti and he's replaced the breaks, rotors, tires, and has done my maintenance work. All exceeding expectations in quality. I have been to so many mechanics that try to upsell me and try to get me to purchase windshield wipers, air filters, etc. I have never once had that experience bringing my cars here.
