I was fortunate enough to find an auto shop like this one. I first discovered them through Yelp and I'm so happy I did. They were super responsive with the best customer service I've ever encountered, clear communication and consistent follow-up throughout the entire process. I originally brought my car in after getting a warning to stop immediately. I called around and got multiple quotes and they had the best deal. Andrew who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and correctly diagnosed it as a battery issue right away. He walked me through the difference between a refurbished and new battery and I chose the refurbished option which came with a one year warranty. Unfortunately the battery failed shortly after but never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. They offered to pick up my car and drop off a loaner. That alone is exceptional. Owner Ivan took full responsibility without hesitation and the turnaround time was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I don't live nearby but I will absolutely be coming back for all future service. My little Lexus hybrid, with over 215,000 miles on it, broke down in the fast lane of the 405 South with a "Check Hybrid System" alert and completely stopped accelerating. Took my Toyota Prius in for 28 pt inspection and a coolant flush. Service light went on. I went back and they forgot to reset the light. They were very dismissive of my concerns. They reassured me it was safe to drive long distance. Odd noise occurred on my road trip. I called Dave and he quoted me a high price for the fix. But then the red coolant light went on, I called with no response for several days. I went to the shop on Saturday and Monday and no one was there. He finally returned my call ...by then I called several mechanics and they said I blew a head casket. I dont know who to blame - me for being so trusting of these positive review or Dave for dismissing my concerns Any case, my precious Prius has never been the same after taking my car here. Today was 04/20/2026. I came to Hybrid Auto Club Westminster for my second service. I needed oil change and tire rotation done. I brought my own oil and oil filter and just labor charge only. I met Andrew, the manager, again. He recognized me and called my name immediately and got my Toyota Camry Hybrid LE sedan model oil changed and tire rotated done very quickly. He charged me for the labor cost only at a very fair price. So far, I have only met Andrew twice and no other co-workers and staffs yet. I have seen some bad reviews about this Hybrid Auto Club throughout the years. But I haven't had any bad experience yet and hopefully not in the near future. My experience working with Andrew has been great and positive and hopefully it will remain this way for years to come. Brought my Tesla in for a coolant delete and had an extremely painful experience. Days after drop off, I was sent videos of another light brown substance they said was oil. Over the phone, I was quoted an extra cost of about $300 to replace a "seal" since they were already in the LDU so I agreed. Communication was poorly lacking, I had to follow up daily to ask the status which took 9 days and they didn't even tell me when it was done until I asked! When I asked about the final invoice, there was an additional 1200+ for "R&R Gear oil seal". When I questioned the cost, I was told "that's not what I said". I had to get my door handle fixed and took it to another Tesla certified center and they told me it should have not been nearly that much or that long especially since they were already in the LDU. I felt so taken advantage of and will never ever bring my car back here again. read more

Got a "Headlight System Malfunction" on my 2019 Prius, which was strange because my lights were working perfectly fine. Just to be cautious, I found this place for a free consultation and scheduled an appointment. I arrived and was immediately greeted by the mechanic and was very friendly and helpful. His boss, Cesar, was not there in person but he constantly called me on the phone to talk me through what they think the issue was,etc. In the end, they noticed that my battery may be dying and that could be the root issue of the alert. They changed the battery within the same hour and the alert has disappeared. Highly recommend this place for hybrid cars! I didn't feel pressured about anything at all. Hello All, if you are thinking about getting your vehicle repaired here , I fully recommend, you'll be in great hands . I took my vehicle here a few weeks ago . Unfortunately my Lexus ct200 head gasket was in the early stages of failure. Cesar , Tony and his team, diagnosed, confirmed it was the head and step by step they sent me pics and videos of the repair process. Which I was very pleased to see. Very first shop to send me pics and videos of old faulty parts and compared to a new one how it supposed to work. They also have loaners cars. I was able to use one of their loaner cars during the duration my car was being repaired in their shop. It's been extremely stressful having car issues but they made the process very smooth bc of their honesty, professionalism , and prices . I went to take my car to the shop today cause I dragged against a club which cased the plastic under my bumper to come loose. They offered to do the repair for free since it was an easy fix! Super nice and very sweet group of mechanics that work here. Also they always offer coupons whenever you come by. Definitely cannot recommend them enough!!!! read more

My Toyota Hybrid loss power on the 405 and it was close to closimg time. Called them and they got back to me right away. I was able to drive it there. This happened right before Christmas and so money was tight. Found out I had a broken water pump. They did a great job of gettimg me my options and gettimg my car fixed in a day. They checled the rest of my car and topped off my fluids for an added bonus and so I did my oil change there as well. Found my new regular mechanic for my prius. My car died on the road recently and through a referral and double checking yelp, I found these guys. Towed my car there and they diagnosed it same day, they sent me pictures, explained the issue well and gave me options on the repairs according to my budget. It was ready the next afternoon and their bays were full when I had come in. They even buffed my fading headlights and didn't charge me for it, just asked that I return. And certainly will. I came to Hybrid Auto Club in Westminster because my Prius was having issues with the battery and the windows. I wasn't expecting much just wanted to see what was going on. But they ended up being really solid. They were nice, knew exactly what he was talking about, and actually took the time to explain things to me. Not just "here's what's wrong," but why it was happening and how it works. That made me feel more comfortable and like I wasn't just being talked over. He figured out the problem pretty quickly and helped fix it without charging me--which blew me away. He easily could've made a quick buck off it, but he just genuinely wanted to help. That kind of energy is rare these days. Honestly, the service here was better than what I've gotten at actual dealerships or big-name service centers. No pressure, no weird vibes, not trying to scam me, but just real help from someone who cares and knows what they're doing. They apparently changed ownership about a year ago. Manager called me to pick up my Toyota Prius. When I arrived for pickup, service manager young man charges $160.00 hr. rate. Replaced radiator hose which was damaged and thermostat. Thermostat had 3 screws and 3 clamps holding the hose to the thermostat. Original quote was $556.99. When I asked for brake down of cost, I was told inspection for repair was $120., thermostat was $60. and hose was $20. + tax $7.62. However I was told by the service writer that if the repair was done with them, then no charge would be added for inspection. He then removed the $120.00 inspection charge. So total was $436.99. Finally I explained that my car needed a full synthetic oil change and I was willing to pay total $500.00. for all work including synthetic oil service and would be paying with a credit card as the estimate shows 3% charge if paid with cc. He agreed. As I arrived for pick up, final charge was $515., I reminded him of the agreement of $500. with cc payment, he then adjusted. Total $500.Car was as dirty as it was taken in. They didn't check tire pressure even if it showed on dashboard, they didn't remove the maintenance light. Horrible experience. Three guys working and cleaning the floor. They didn't do anything else. I don't even think that they used the correct factory full synthetic oil was as promised. Please be AWARE of the nickel and dime scheme they are using. I will never again take my car, my daughters, Mom's car for service here again . All Toyota or Lexus. Longo Toyota has similar hourly labor rates for service and better service. Real factory training and much better inspection process. read more

Had an issue with my sister's volt and called my usual mechanics and he suggested I bring it to a shop that specialized in hybrids as he and his guys don't have much experience with the hybrid cars. Saw the reviews on here and thought I'd take a chance on this shop since I really wanted to avoid the dealerships and use them only as last resort. So I made an appointment and brought the volt here for a diagnostic check because the fuel gauge wasn't working properly. The time and communication the guys here put forward made a great impression on me and have a future customer. I'm from out of state, but I have a Prius Prime and will see if I can scheduled any future maintenance or repair works with this shop if I can't find a similar shop in and around Vegas. read more
