I don't worry about a salvage title with them, because they do excellent work and stand behind the work that they do. A few weeks after I purchased my daughter's car, I kept thinking about the Santa Cruz that I saw and drove on the lot. I fell in love with that truck. The owners gave me a fair deal on it, I was able to pick it up at 4:45 PM and be off the lot by 5 PM with the keys in hand. If you want a painless purchasing experience, I would highly recommend coming here. Salvage titles can be hit or miss, but not when you deal with a reputable business. It gets no simpler. They are high pressure, and if you tell them what you're looking for, they will keep an eye out.

Within one month (January 26, 2026), the check engine light came on. Diagnosis: codes P0137 and P0500 -- O2 sensor replaced. On March 2, the check engine light returned with code P0500. At that time, the spark plugs were found to be fouled and black. Repairs included replacing the plugs, cleaning the fuel injection and throttle body, performing relearns, and adding fuel cleaner. By March 17 -- just 2.5 months after purchase and only ~1,300 miles driven -- the check engine light came on for a third time. I took the vehicle to a GMC dealership, where they diagnosed fouled spark plugs and an issue with cylinder 4. I was then informed the vehicle is experiencing engine failure and requires a complete engine replacement. For a low-mileage 2022 vehicle, this type of engine failure is unacceptable. I returned to the dealership after the second repair to request an exchange or refund and was dismissed. I was told "check engine lights come on all the time" and advised to continue driving the vehicle. After emailing to request a meeting with the owner, I received a phone call but was given the same response. I was told I had not taken the vehicle to the "correct" mechanic -- despite using a repair facility listed on their own website as approved for the extended warranty I purchased. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting an independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully reviewing the vehicle history before purchasing. I would not recommend The Nice Car Company due to this experience with engine failure and poor customer service.

My daughter in law bought a new Explorer the same day back home.(Kal even checked for any finance specials they may be able to use while I was on the phone with my son) The dealer she bought from sent her out of there with her phone connect via bluetooth and no knowledge of Sync 4. Though I'm by far not a tech guy, I used what Kal showed me earlier that day, and helped her get connected through Apple CarPlay and got her Explorer linked up with the Ford appon her phone and showed her a few features. The next time anyone in my family or I get a new vehicle we will drive the 93 miles and buy it from Kal.
