Temp tags ran out, had to park the vehicle for over a week and pay late fee for licensing. At one point called for two weeks, leaving messages with zero response or retuned call. I have had two bad experience with the service department of this dealership. First time I made an appt for a small repair and a 100K tune up. They kept the car for over a week after I was told 2 days. They had all the parts for the repairs already. Then they replaced the windshield wipers and the air filter which I had just replaced. When I said something about it they lied and said the wipers were ripped. I made an appointment to get a key programmed. The said it would take 1 hr. After two hours of waiting they had not done the key, but they said that they had tested my battery and wanted me to replace it. How about you do the work asked for first instead of trying to make extra money on people. In general they are what you would think of a 2 bit Auto Shop trying to give you things you don't need and no respect for you or your time. Now I have to go across town and hope that this is the exception or if all Ford dealerships are this way. read more

The WORST used car buying experience of my life!! I showed up to look at a used vehicle I had previously seen online. It was in decent condition for a 2014 Ford. When I took it for a test drive, I noticed it had 3000 more miles on it than advertised. THREE THOUSAND. I checked the "last updated" date on the online ad and it was dated within the previous seven days. When I brought this to the salespersons attention, NO consideration was given. Not a single penny. I was told an executive used it for the weekend. 3,000 miles? I asked if he drove to New York and back and got a deer in the headlights look. I was told they were the lowest price within 250 miles for that make and model of vehicle. When I pulled up another car online from my phone and showed them that wasn't true, they essentially said it wasn't in their system so it didn't matter. Because I was in a bind and needed the vehicle sooner than later I bought it. The finance process was just as bad. The gentleman asked me how things went so I told him I wasn't happy with my experience. Instead of being empathetic he went on the DEFENSE with me!!! I've never been treated so unprofessionally in my entire life! I will never ever ever buy anything from this dealership again. I suggest you avoid them at all costs as well. I took my daughter's car in to have a tire looked at that was not holding air. The service center was busy, as I would imagine is normal. Service writer 'Erik', I hope I'm spelling his name correctly(?) actually took the time to not only assess the air leak issue, but repaired the leak. Watch out, they'll take advantage of you! I went to trade my two cars for a new one. I had shopped for three months and thought I found the car at their lot. We showed up and dealt with Sandra. She had no idea what she was doing. She could not remember what she told me five minutes before and continued to repeat herself. Messed up the yrade paperwork 5 times. I was payient and she procecessed the autotrader qoutez. She insisted on knowing the pay off amounts on the cars. One car was paid for. The initial qoutes put us around $2,000 from where we wamted to be. So she went to have the sales manager drive them and see what she could do. She returned but instead of.getting closer to making a deal it was now closer to $3,500 apart. She explained he offered less than trade on one vehicle. Guess which one? The one that was paid for!!! It was in better condition that the one with a balance (which they conveniently offered full trade for). Mind you there was no justification for this. When i exclaimed thats why i didnt want to give the payoff amounts Sandra said "we have to have it to give you an accurate qoute". Ummm yeah so they can screw you! No thanks. What a joke. read more

I have had my car serviced at the rob sight Ford ever since I had bought it new from them back in 2016. When I would take it in for the oil change "the works", they would supposedly do a maintenance check and a battery check was included in that. Yesterday, I went to change my battery at a different location and when the technician opened the hood he immediately noticed the corroded terminal/clamp. I called Rob sight Ford as to why they never told me that the terminal was bad if they did a battery test on my vehicle for every oil change in the last 5 years. The service representative told me that "it's a visual and sometimes voltage test". The corroded terminal is pretty noticeable if you just look at the battery and if you do a voltage check you should have definitely seen it. Just to add to this is all happening and being told to me after the warranty of the vehicle just recently expired and I have to pay for the parts and the labor. I spoke to another service representative that said it could have just been missed by the technician/mechanic who did the last oil change but in opinion if I paid for "the works" and it includes a battery test and you didn't do it why didnt I get charged just for a regular oil changes. Additionally, the terminal is literally hanging on by a thread of metal and if the terminal breaks my car would just shut down. I am lucky that it hasn't happened to me or when I have my family in the car with me driving on the highway. This is what I believe you would call negligence on Rob Sight Ford service. read more

The worst customer service from the service department. I drop a vehicle on the afternoon of a Tuesday. Wednesday I hear nothing from the service department. I call on Thursday to follow up and find that the have not even looked at the vehicle. I ask them not to look at it and I pick up the vehicle. This is the second chance I have given them as the last time I went there it was the same poor customer service. Lesson learned, if you do not care about my business, I am happy to go to someone that at least appreciates the opportunity to service a ford vehicle. read more

Was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault, took my Ford Focus company vehicle in for an insurance required estimate. Let me tell you, the minute you walk in the door these guys are on it! Photos were taken of the damage, and estimate was prepared/e-mailed to the insurance company that day. I brought the vehicle back, they had ordered the parts and immediately started the repairs. When it was complete, I was overly impressed with the repair! Every little thing had been done above my expectations! My husband and I were just casually looking at an Explorer, and ended up taking one home that night. The salesman, Quinton was very helpful and helped find us a vehicle within our price range. The finance department was also very accommodating with us. Neither my husband or I have ever been able to go pick out a specific car that we want within our price range except for now. We love our 2015 explorer & love the Staff too. My only suggestion is to make sure the receptionist knows who to call up for the specific questions. Upon returning and deciding to purchase the car, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the price listed online, plus an administration fee (disclosed online as well) were the only costs for this vehicle. No hidden fees, no pressure to purchase anything additional. We've only had the car for a week so time will tell as to whether we would be comfortable buying another vehicle from them in the future. Horrible. My son went in on Friday and got a sales agreement to buy a used car. He works 7 days a week, 10 hours a day. He got the money on Tuesday and went to give them the money and they told him they sold the car Monday to someone else. Seriously? You give him a sales agreement for him to buy the car, he gets insurance and the money and then you tell him no car? You don't sell a car to someone else when you know you have it already sold. So now he has a loan for a car he doesn't have and insurance on a car he doesn't have. Biggest BS ever. Never go here again. read more

The tire was repairable and done in a timely manner but when arrived to pick up, found the tire sensor wasn't reset. Took an extra trip through service to get it done. read more

I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Rob Sight Ford due to the overwhelming harassment I have received from their telemarketers. I was interested in a Honda Pilot, I told them I wanted the vehicle if they could take $1,000 off the price. They advised they are no haggle pricing, I completely understand. I then received 2 telemarketing calls from Rob Sight about the Pilot - I explained I purchased elsewhere and wanted to be removed from their call list, they explained it would take 72 hours. 3 days letter I get call #3 from them, I explained the same thing, 3 days later I get a 4th call from them. Very irritated at this point I explained the process of the other calls and other request. The person stated he would remove me and it takes 72 more hours. 4 days later it STARTS AGAIN! I received a 5th call, 6th call, 7th call and today an 8th phone call from them. They were all spaced 3-4 days apart. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Do not give your contact information to them or submit it through their website they are relentless! And to make things even more frustrating 2 days after I purchased a Pilot from a better dealership they lowered their price by $1,000. If they would of done that I would of bought the vehicle the same day, they lost an easy sale and a customer. read more

The way to tell if a company cares about their customers is not when everything goes smooth. It's when you call back with issues after you took the product home. I made the purchase from Texas over the phone. I had a friend that lives in the area test drive it and he gave me the thumbs up. I had issues with it as soon as it was delivered. I talked to Manager Rich Poe, and he could of easily said there was no warranty, and I bought it as is, and legally he probably would of been right. But he didn't do that, he paid for the repairs and I felt he took it like a training experience for everybody involved to better serve the next customer. Thanks Rich! One more thing, I too have been use too paying taxes at the dealer. It was an ugly $1000 surprise to find out I didn't. It feels better to know up front. Just a thought. There was a 2019 Mustang scheduled to arrive in a few weeks, and I wanted to put a hold on it so I could pick it up when it arrived. The dealership was 4 hours from my house, which is why I wasn't planning to visit until the car was on site. The salesman told me the deposit amount, and I told him to call me back that afternoon so I could give him the deposit. He never called me back. I was about to give him a deposit to guarantee a $45,000 sale and he did not call me back. Instead, I received an excessive number of calls from a third party calling center (the caller said she was in Georgia), asking when I could schedule a meeting with the sales manager. Weeks later, the salesman called me to tell me the car arrived, but we already bought somewhere else. I never met a car salesman who was too busy to make his own phone calls, especially when I was trying to give him money! Awful customer service. read more

Terrible service experience. First and last time using this dealership. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get some simple maintenance stuff addressed. When I arrived the service rep told me that it was a 2 hour wait because I had not arrived ahead of the first come first served customers. This would have been nice to know before I scheduled a specific appointment time. Service rep could have cared less. So, I arranged a ride home, gave them my cell number to contact me when the work was completed...2 hours right, well 3 and a half hours later I had to call them to see if the vehicle was ready, which it was but no one called. Cashier was pleasant, but no one thanked me for coming in and giving them business. Additionally, no one followed up with an e-mail or phone call to see if I had a good visit or any issues arose. Overall a poor customer experience, not like I certainly have received at other Ford dealerships in the area. Too bad, it is the most conveniently located to my home, but I won't go back. read more

Have never purchased a car from RS Ford, but have looked and 'kicked some tires' and the attitude of the salesmen and the entire customer service culture there is outstanding. The sales staff is knowledgeable, personable and there is no pressure whatsoever. I do however, have extensive experience with the Service Dept.
