The estimate was completely wrong. For one thing, it was for French doors instead of a single door. I don't understand how they could get that so wrong when an appraiser came out in person. I wrote back to tell them what was incorrect and to politely express disappointment. I received no reply at all. I'm done with them.

So after 2 summers of using store bought, clunky, ugly, self-adjusting screens and STILL having assorted critters sneaking in I decided to have my own made. They provide 2 pricing options - 1. They come to you to measure then deliver and install for an additional service fee 2. Or, you can call, provide your own measurements and pick up when ready. I chose the latter because it was significantly cheaper ($200)! PLEASE NOTE- measurement process is tricky if you don't know where to measure, plus no refunds if you measured wrong! Luckily, I borrowed my neighbor's screens to bring in and measure against. Even if you choose option 1, LWP gave me the best quote over 4 other companies I called. For 4 double-hung style window screens, I was quoted between $600-$1000 compared to LWP's quote of $450 for an in-home visit. Nancy and Marisol are so patient and helpful with explaining the process. Mike did an AMAZING job on fabricating. The materials are professional looking, seamless and exact! They look great and really improve my quality of life! Weeks and weeks went by, and I finally got news that my incorrectly made doors were on their way, a little over 4 months from ordering them. The day that they arrived the crate was all smashed. I was told to accept the crate anyway, and inspect the inside contents. Multiple items were destroyed. I also found out that I was supposed to receive two crates. Meaning half my doors were missing, and the other half were partially destroyed. Since then, they haven't been able to provide me with any information on when replacement doors will arrive for the broken ones or where the other crate is. Just now, they told me in an email that they made an insurance claim ... My question is, what does that have to do with me ? I purchased windows and doors for our entire home, and the frosted glass, which was supposed to be plain, came with a strange pattern. I contacted Broga, and eventually received new glass. There were costs associated with this: -labor to unload the new glass from the truck -labor to remove the old glass from the frames and install the new glass -disposal costs for the old glass and packing materials I covered all these costs. Two windows came without clips to hold the screens. I asked for the clips, and was told that I needed to cover shipping costs. I assumed that they were coming from the US, but got a bill for $65. Broga has refused to cover this cost, and pretended not to know what I was referring to when I sent them a copy of the invoice.
