The staff here is friendly and the food is good. Better than your average bar food. They offer specials some nights too.

Came here for the first time to see a friends band. The band was great and def won't come for any other occasion. The prices vary depending on which bartender you get. When we first got there our drinks total (for two drinks) was $13, then the next round was $14 and then it was $17 for the exact same drinks. Something just doesn't add up. I discovered this nice restaurant and bar about a year ago. I was impressed with the food and atmosphere. The clientele is such a nice mix of people. It is certainly a gathering place for everyone. I had never been here before and called for carryout after looking at the menu online.... I told the owner and she was very friendly. I ordered 20 wings, potato skins, and onion rings.... $80!!!! The owner never told me the prices were different than online. A total scam! I would not recommend. read more

This is the last option when it comes to going out for a drink in the area. Actually, having a beer in the parking lot would be more enjoyable then walking into this bar/restaurant. Food until close is the only thing it has going for it, except the owner seems to be annoyed when people only come in at 1:30 to order food. She seems to have her feelings hurt when people choose to drink elsewhere and only come there for a late night drunk snack before heading home. The food is meh, but what else can you get at 2 a.m.? And at that hour anything fried works. The waitresses seem to have no clue what they are doing or what they have to offer, and appear to always be new. Maybe this is a reflection on the owner who can not keep a staff together long enough to learn her bar. The music venue which is....next door...is weird. Normally a band is at a bar to draw patrons in to the bar to buy drinks. Why are bands regulated to a room without a bar, and minimal waitress service, and is separated by a closed door? Strange set up. Years ago, John Taffer from Bar Rescue re-made this place. This alone would make you think that it would still be a good place to visit....but it isn't. The bar doesn't appear to have been updated, or even cleaned, since John introduced it in 1996. Unless you just have to have those fried mushrooms at 1:30 in the morning, do yourself a favor and go to Bullpen, Boz's Place, Three Monkeys, or 19th Hole. read more

I'll be honest. I usually come here and order some beer which usually is fine but this time I ordered some mixed drinks. They probably had half the amount of liquor they should have had. My Long Island tasted like lemonade my two year old son would order from McDonald's. Long islands have THREE shots in them. I swear to god I couldn't taste a drop of alcohol in it. I was pissed. This is the ONLY place I've been to that Has Amber Woodchuck on Tap! We had two Pitchers! I couldn't believe it. My table had the Taco Salad (Excellent) I had a cheese burger, (also very good) and my friend had the Corned Beef and Cabbage. This bar is sub par on its best days , the food is the best part and only for the fact it's one of the only things open other then McDonald's at 2 am. Manager was also visibly drunk and was clearly angry and upset we came in just for late food and not the bar itself. I've made the mistake going here 3 times now. Over-priced food that really isn't very good. I've gone all 3 times on Fridays around 5pm - which usually is rush hour in restaurants. Not here, it's always been empty when we've gone. Recently, I went on the all you can eat lake perch night. My husband got a steak sandwich - which doesn't include fries or any sides. We both ordered "lemonade" which was just water and sour mix. Yikes. The fish was soggy small pieces in a light cornmeal batter that was not crispy. The fries were undercooked and worst, the homemade tarter sauce just tasted of pickles. Besides the bad "lemonade" I ate a few pieces of fish, left more than half my plate. My husbands sandwich was okay, he assumed fries came with his sandwich as the waitress merely said "fries"? As if there were other options. I got the bill - $34.00 ! Really? I could've went to Longhorn for less. We decided we will never return again. Third time was definitely enough. Over OVER priced mediocre food at best. Guess the bar is what people come for and the pool table? Though I'd go to the Bullpen before going here unless you're just going for a quiet atmosphere as this place is always empty. Sure its a fact that this place has about 100 different beers in a bottle. But if you ask the waitress for a Dragons Milk, which is on the menu she looks at you like a deer in the headlights, just to find out they actually don't have any in stock. Then my second choice was Zombie Dust just to find out that they are actually out of that also. I ended up settling for a Delirium Tremens beer, and it was excellent. But don't brag about an extensive beer selection just to not actually have anything your advertising. And please hire a waitress who dresses appropriately for her age and weight, I don't want to see your stretch marks. read more

My wife and I think this place is great, it is a little high but good quality. My wife likes the ribs, I love the loaded potato and deep fried pickles, they are addictive. we always had good service been there 3 times over past 4 months. read more

I've been here twice. Worst bar I have ever been to hands down. Very rude bartender. Refused me a CUP of water while I was having a few beers both times I was there. I have never been refused a cup of water at a bar. Even Mcdonalds gives free water! The drinks and food are way too overpriced, and the food is not good food, you can tell it's been frozen and probably has been sitting there for months.
