Tiffany baked the cake and cupcakes for our wedding over the summer, and they turned out great. She makes everything from scratch and doesn't add artificial ingredients, so the final product is high quality. Her decorations on the cake were meticulous, and the cupcakes were simple but cute. Note that she doesn't work with fondant, only buttercream, so certain kinds of decorations aren't really possible. For example, we wanted to do ruffles with an ombré color scheme on the cake, but those are both difficult with buttercream. So she essentially did a few different shades and then did her best to blend them at the edges, and we skipped the ruffles and went with a gold stencil instead. She was able to do a faux tier for us as well, so we had two real tiers plus one faux tier. We also added flowers from our florist and a cake topper that we made ourselves from polymer clay. Due to the pandemic, we needed to pick up a to-go box for our tasting, which cost $50 and unfortunately didn't apply to our final balance (unlike most of the other bakers we considered). The box included 8 flavors, including a variety of classics as well as a few less traditional options. Many of the samples tasted great, but a few seemed like the recipe needed a bit of tweaking. We ended up choosing one flavor per cake tier plus 3 flavors for the cupcakes. Our package also includes a 5" anniversary cake that we're looking forward to enjoying next summer! We selected Tiffany to bake the cake for our wedding and were very pleased with result. We had a consultation with her where we sampled the cakes and they were all delicious. In the end we selected a three tier with two layers being lemon and one being strawberry. We liked that her cakes were different than your typical wedding cake and were also not overly sweet. On the day of the wedding Tiffany dropped off the cake and worked with our florist for flower arrangements, and setting up our cake topper. She did the decorations herself and it turned out beautifully. The cake was delicious and many guests complimented us on it. Our only regret is that we wish we got more, so we could keep the top! read more

Loved the cake we had made for my nephew's birthday! We actually picked up the cake because we were heading an hour away so delivery was not necessary. The taste was the best part of the cake (oreo!) and my 1 year old nephew LOVED his name written on it. My only slight concern was we ordered the largest size and the box it came in barely fit the cake. By the time my husband got home from picking up (5 miles away), the letters had smeared because the upper inside flap of the box rubbed with the top of the cake a good deal. I ordered over a dozen lemon bars for Mother's day, and it was moist and had just the right amount of tartness. For my son's high school graduation party, MiGoodies packaged giveaway party favors that consisted of 3 cookies in a clear cellophane bag. They were mint chocolate chip cookies- my son's favorite. Not only were the cookies delicious, but Tiffany went the extra step and printed labels and tied each packet with ribbons of my son's school color. Wow, that's what i call service! What a fantastic local bakery! I ordered an apple and a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, and both exceeded my expectations. It's hard to believe that such a talented baker is also such a friendly, organized business owner. I am very picky about pies. The crust needs to be flaky and light without being over-baked. The filling needs to be the perfect combo of sweet and flavorful. The pie filling also needs to be moist without making the crust too mushy. These pies fit the bill! The crust is some of the best I've tasted, the filling flavor and texture was excellent, and the pies looked as lovely as the photos on Yelp. I was very impressed that Tiffany delivered the pies to my home in Redwood City the night before Thanksgiving (at no extra cost). She was also very clear about how her business operates, so it was easy to make the order and pay her online.
