Ordered a cake for my cousins birthday and it came out amazing ! Jill was very nice and responsive, made suggestions on flavors and explained everything well. Cake tasted great! They were even nice enough to deliver for me which i appreciated very much. Would order again and recommend to anyone who wants a custom cake !

Jill's cake was worth trying out. She made the best cake in the bay area I ever had before. This is my 2nd time ordering from her it was for my best friend. As alway she so nice and patience to answer all my concerns. The cake taste delicious same as always and the performance package was elegant like hers. The cake surprised me. It is unbelievable, how can a work of art and cake were combine as beautifully as this. All of my friends were enjoy the cake. She made our day. I would order again. Thank you, Jill.

    Custom chicken cake

Jill's cake was incredible and blew me away. I sent her some inspo photos for a custom chicken-themed cake because the birthday girl used to have pet chickens, and she delivered the most perfect cake! Not only was it gorgeous and so well made, but it was also delicious--light and not too sweet. I will definitely order all future cakes from Jill. Thank you!

Jill has been a great helper in lot of my family's parties. She is creative and able to accommodate requests that we have. Her cake is more than the design, she gives different cake flavor options for us to choose when we order cakes. I tried couple of the flavors, and they were all good! My family loves her cake and will come back if we have any parties in the future.

It's always hard to get a cake the day after Christmas and miraculously landed on Jill's page and I reached out to see if she could accommodate my last minute request. I'm so glad I did as Jill not only delivered a fabulous cake with mango and passion fruit,it was such a hit with all our friends! She made it less sweet as requested and the flavors were subtle but amazing!

I tried a box with different flavors, including strawberry, blueberry, banana, mango, s'mores, and Oreo. Each one looked elegant and fun, with generous cream and toppings. My favorites were the fruit-based ones because they tasted lighter and balanced the richness of the cream nicely. The pastries are definitely more on the indulgent side, so I'd recommend getting a few flavors to share with friends. Overall, this is a lovely bakery for a sweet treat, photos, and a fun dessert stop. Quick service as well.

No line when we were there. Our order: Banana Brûlée Choux ($6.50): +Choux au Craquelin had a slight crisp to it. +Banana Chantilly cream on top was not too sweet and tasted like real banana. +Shell was stuffed with pastry cream with banana filling. -I wanted to try this flavor last time, but they ran out. Unfortunately, I was disappointed...there was nothing Brûlée about this. The banana slice looked like it was torched, but it was just caramel sauce on top because it slid off as I ate it. Crème Strawberry Choux ($6.50): +Choux au Craquelin had a slight crisp to it, and the chocolate added a bitter richness. +Strawberry Chantilly cream on top was not too sweet. +Shell was stuffed with pastry cream mixed w/tart strawberry bits. +Strawberry slices were ripe and sweet. -Strawberry Chantilly cream looked the part, but lacked strawberry flavor. Side notes: 1.) $0.15 fee for credit cards 2.) It's a grab and go spot, but there are tables around the mall. 3.) Free parking in the Serramonte parking lot *Verdict: Even though the choux shells were better this time around, I enjoyed the flavors from last time more. I wouldn't go out of my way, but if I was in Serramonte I'd stop by to see what flavors they had.

The Jasmine Cococreme was one of my favorite renditions of jasmine + coconut in a drink. It had the perfect balance and ratio of jasmine to coconut. There's nothing I would change or tweak about it. I was extremely satisfied with it, and if I don't try a different drink next time, I will definitely fall back on this one. The boba also had a very nice chewy consistency. Not too hard or too soft/gummy. The Royal Thai was interesting to taste because I've never had a mix of jasmine and thai. It was also another great flavor. Nothing to complain about with the chocolate waffle exceot the size. I wish they were bigger, but the crisp and fluff were lovely.

The biggest downfall and biggest disappointment today was that my kids and their friends (on other visits) have been duped out of making payments and not being served their drinks. My kids went up to the worker and showed the payments that went through. The Coco3 kiosks read it as "not paid" says the Coco3 worker. Their money is gone. Disappointed. The Upside Down Halo-Halo was delicious! I highly recommend adding the ice cream (it's an extra charge, but it makes it even better). The Ube Truffle was also really tasty and worth trying. Cons: The Ube Cupcake Flan wasn't for me. The cupcake was dry, and the flan was bland and lacked flavor. I also ordered the Milo Milk Tea with boba, and it was disappointing. It didn't taste like Milo at all. Prices are on the higher side, so expect to spend a little more than you would at other dessert spots. Despite a couple of misses, I'd definitely come back for the halo-halo. If that's what you're going for, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Just be aware that it's a bit pricey, and not every menu item was a hit for me.
