I got my eyelash extensions done for the first time here last Wednesday. I called them for an appointment in the morning and got one same day. Service was good overall. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed by the quality of the lashes. I'm not sure if it had to do with the glue or the skills of the person who applied them, but they fell off like crazy. A few extensions fell off hours after getting my lashes done and half of the extensions proceeded to fall off within a week. I've never had this issue with getting my lashes down at other places. Usually majority of the work last at least 2 weeks. I wash my face and lashes pretty carefully so I doubt the fallout was due to poor skills they applied. Was really looking forward to this new lash spot but unfortunately I won't be returning. EDIT: Xiuping, your bad rating was not because of a $40 refill charge, it was because of the poor lash application originally and your negative attitude to my concerns. When I spoke to the receptionist and told her that half my lash extensions were gone after only a week, she explained that I'd have to pay the $40 refill charge since it was over 3 days. Of course I went out of town after getting my lashes done so I was unable to get the free refill within 3 days. Not an issue- I still made an appointment for a refill considering $40 is cheaper than getting my lashes totally redone somewhere else. Later that day, I received a text message that my appointment was cancelled. If voicing my concerns is a "threat", then the issue sounds more like unprofessionalism and an inability to own up to poor work on your part. Have a great day! read more

I have been going to Miji Beauty Eyelashes for almost 3 years now. I always love the way my lashes look and they last a long time. I never mind having to wait for service, I once waited 45 min even with an appt but I waited cause they do good work. Well I recently moved 35 min away from Miji but I still would go for service. I was running a lil late my appointment was at 1:00 it was 1:07 and they texted me asking how long until I'm there I said 5 min she said okay. So I get there park my car then they text me saying I need to reschedule because I am already 15 min late. They knew I was going to be 15 min when they texted me okay at 1:07. Anyways I text back saying okay sorry I'm in the parking lot but I'll reschedule they text me back saying well if your here come in. So I walk in and the woman at the desk looks at me and says oh Brittni we can't take you you were 15 min late and I said I know I said I would reschedule but someone texted me to come in. Which I knew was her that was texting me, and I said ok but I want to know who texted me then and she said she needs to talk to her manager she doesn't talk to her manager she tells me to go lay down and starts the process on my eyelashes. She is pulling my eyelashes off she didn't tape my eyes correctly my eyes were burning. She said she has an appointment at 1:45 so she's rushing and hurting me. She finished whatever she did on my eyelashes at 1:55 her 1:45 appointment never showed up. Sadly I will not be returning. Also, I usually receive a text after each service to submit a survey however, I didn't receive one after that service because they knew it wouldn't be a good one. The ladies were so lovely and made sure I felt completley comfortable. They helped me choose the perfect lashes for me. We went over the type of lashes, the style, fullness, and length. During the process of applying the extensions, the technician was very gently. Before I knew it, my eyelashes were done and I was ready to go. Their work is absolutely stunning. Horrible customer service, they lack accountability and integrity. They have no problem charging and asking for a tip but they won't fix an eyelash error despite being in pain or discomfort even if you leave for a weekend and come back to fix it because they said it has to be in in a matter of 2-3 days. EVEN THOUGH it was only my second time at the location and no one there disclosed to me that a fix has to be done in a certain amount of hours otherwise days after they want to charge you a fill CRAZYYYY don't pay cash so you can dispute because they fail to take accountability I will be reporting them to the better business bureau because they failed to offer a solution or help without receiving more money and as well a tip. I was complimented by friends and family and I have been back 3 times. My sister is also a new customer there and she has recommended it to her friends. Miji never disappoints with my lashes. I always see Lexi, she is the best! She understands the shape of my eye and is very fast at what she does. I go with the 3D lashes which is more of a full lash line/more volume, which is more expensive but still super affordable. Their prices and quality of work can't be beat. Their salon is also very clean and relaxing. They have a water fountain on and music playing so it's like a spa atmosphere. Definitely going back! I love how my eyelashes came out. I usually go with hybrid and not long at all. I got sizes 10, 12, 11 Y shape lashes. The retention on them are amazing I have them for a week now and they still look full. They were very attentive to me and took about a hour and a half to finish. Absolutely happy with the service I received from this place! The place is very clean and they are taking all COVID precautions. I had a previous eyelash set on (not applied here) that I asked to be removed because they were irritating my eyes. My technician gently removed them, showed me my lash options, suggested what would work with my natural lashes (they are on the thin side), allowed me to feel the lashes and choose how "dramatic" I wanted them. I chose mink lashes and a more natural look and was beyond excited with the results. I have since went swimming and cried at a funeral and my lashes are still soft as ever.
