He shirks responsibility, gossips about his customers, and leaves them high and dry(or wet) in this case. I got estimates from four roofing contractors for this project. Two of them used areal photos to give their estimates (i.e. they never came to the house). One contractor was going to send an employee to do the estimate but then never showed up. Jim not only came himself to do the estimate (at the time and date he said he would), he was there on the job site and involved for the entire project from tearing off the first shingle to hammering in the last roofing nail.
