I've had Mike Reed install all the tile in my homes for over 20 years, and each time he does, it comes out even better than planned. Mike and his team are easy to get along with. Mike shoots straight about the work involved and pricing. He goes out of his way to include the little extras I'd not anticipated. Mike and his crew arrive right on time and do their work without interrupting the flow of my household as much as possible. During and by the time the work is done, it's easy to talk and even joke around with them. As to execution, you can't beat Mike's precision. Everywhere I look at the work they've done, I notice the little things that could have easily overlooked. Because of Mike's years of experience and expertise, he's able to easily work with designers' plans. At times during the project, there are things to adjust that weren't necessarily on the plans, and Mike easily discusses the alternative ways to address these. I think it's because he's done so many projects that he has a sharp eye for detail and instinctively knows the better of possible solutions that are sometimes hard to imagine. Because Mike personally is involved in the work of the project and his crew have years working with him, it's easy to trust that the job will be done right. Mike's business is based on quality and not quantity, meaning he doesn't have several crews working on projects at the same time. This means that there isn't a sense of just hurrying up to get the job done and on to the next. Even when Mike isn't present, which isn't often, it's easy for me to know that his team will execute the work as only Mike can. What a complete joke, I reached out to Mike about some work that needed to be done. Two full bathrooms in our townhome, When we reached out via phone he didn't even bother to pick up his phone instead he text us back from another number asking if we needed work done. After our conversation he made us aware he was booked out 3 months out, which I was okay with as long as he came and gave us a bid.
