I took my car to Mike because to me it felt the front tire was out of alignment - I had hit a large potholes before so it made sense. Mike put the car up on the rack and showed me the real problem. My rear tire (with good tread left) was over six years old and starting to fall apart. No charge - Mike said get new tires and come back if I needed alignment. The tire guy showed me how the old tire was ballooned out - a little more driving and it could have blown on the freeway. New tires and car is fine. Thanks Mike! read more

Mike is the best! I purchased wheels from Tire Rack and had them shipped to his shop. He called me immediately after they arrived. I also had him install the new tires on rims I purchased along with lowering springs. He quoted me a price and it was less than I expected. Service was great and fast. I highly recommended Mike and his services. Best part, he let me keep my old wheels and tires there for a couple days to get a truck. I wasn't able to get one so I showed up with my car. Honest Abe! After getting my tires rotated from the Firestone place in North Hollywood, they told me that I needed to have alignment and were trying to get me to buy their lifetime alignment for like $200... Luckily I listened to my Spidey senses, and looked on trusty old yelp and found Mike's alignment... I just drove there today, and he took a look at my Prius, asking me to turn the steering, and said to me I don't need any type of alignment, and I should go home and save my money! He said just to be on top of my rotations and I should be good for a while. That type of service, and honesty is unheard of! Really Bad Service at Mikes Alignment!!!!!!!!! Don't go there ladies by yourself take your brother or father, boyfriend...he's a rip off and a lier!!! I took my car for an alignment because I just bought new tires I left with the worse Alignment ever should've never took my car there to begin with. he tells me my tires where mounted wrong by the tire company and that I needed to get my transmission mounts fix and he wanted to charge me 3times more than what auto parts was charging me and that that's why my Alignment wasn't completed right so I said ok, he suggested to get them fix and go back to him after I get that fix and then go back to get alignment re done by him at NO COST....I called him to make an appointment and he get's crazy with over the phone with and said he never said that ....yeah RIGHT!!! he didnt keep his word he completely lied to me NOT once but over and over....BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!! Ever going back or recommending any one there.... Im writing this review to let people know what kind of business owner you are! IN RESPONSE TO MIKE'S COMMENT: Before i went in to get an alignment with mike my car was perfect. I got new tires so i went to get an alignment. After MIKES ALIGNMENT my car started swerving to the right. (let me remind you my car wasnt swerving after the new tires) so i went back to him and he said that one of the front tires should be in the back, so i went back to the tire shop and got that fixed. After rotating the tires MIKE FROM MIKES ALIGNMENT took my car out for a drive, and yet my car was still swerving to the right. Then he tells me that its my motor mount!!!!!!!! (reminding you AGAIN that my car was in perfect shape before the alignment) and to give him a call after i get them fixed so he can do an ANOTHER alignment. I went to MY mechanic and other mechanics checking if it was the motor mounts and it turns out that my motor mounts were in good shape. So i called Mike to get an alignment because my car is still swerving and that's when he went all crazy on me over the phone. Yelling at me that he wont do the alignment. I might be an unhappy customer but your a liar! Im mad because 1: YOU DIDNT DO A GOOD ALIGNMENT AND COULDNT KEEP YOUR WORD AS A MAN 2: NOT YOU OR ANY ONE HAS THE THE RIGHT TO YELL AT ME OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON, ESPECIALLY IF IM A CUSTOMER. 3: IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH YOU, YOUR BUSINESS, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVERALL EVERYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH "MIKES ALIGNMENT" ***p.s. Just came in to mike's alignment for a four wheel alignment and an oil change . I've had a rough past with bad mechanics . Lying to me about doing the service or just keeping the car parked in the lot and not doing any work on the car just so they can fill in a longer charge because the labor is an hourly charge for the usual mechanic . I came in and right away he put my car on the rack , adjusted the rear and front toe , demonstrated all the adjustments I needed and moved on to the oil change . I found Mike's Alignment on Yelp because my car was always in a constant slight right turn. I called Monday and asked if I needed an appt for Weds -- "nope, just come on by." Ok, it's Weds -- went to Mike's Alignment and pulled right up into an open bay. While still in my car, Mike asked me to turn the wheels so he could inspect them. After 2 minutes, Mike determined the problem was likely my tires themselves ("they are splitting, replace them then come back if alignment is still a problem"). Went straight to Discount Tire (where I got my last tires about 5 years ago). New tires in, alignment is now perfect. Mike was 100% correct and totally honest/trustworthy. He didn't fix my alignment, but did one better -- told me the real problem and for free. I certainly won't forget this and I'll be back to Mike if alignment becomes a problem. TRUST THIS MAN! How I love thee, let me count the ways... I recently bought a car and hadn't really had it checked out yet, took it here for an alignment and he fixed absolutely every little thing that was wrong (brake lights were shot and my horn didn't work) and gave the car a total look-over without me even asking, and didn't charge for the extras. Amazing. Plus they are really nice people and don't push a bunch of crap you don't need. We were in and out but I imagine they get pretty busy based on the service you receive. I have been to mikes alignment many times, and each time I think to myself "why didn't I find him sooner". Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Which are 3 words rarely used for a car mechanic! My car wouldn't start on a Sunday. Called him up at work, and the call forwarded to his cell. He picked up and coordinated the towing of my car to his Place even though he wasn't working on Sunday! Extremely dirty. His sidekick goes underneath the car with bare clothes, then gets into my car with oil and dirt on his clothes. It took me an hour to clean my leather. He says my frame was bent and shows parts that need to be replaced, yet he cannot show the part that is bent. He is a very nice, chilled guy. However, he does not know what he is doing. read more

I came here got my alignment done for $45. He did an excellent job and even adjusted my rear to have some negative camber. Mikes a good guy and a non bullshit type of character. Don't waste his time. He told me horendous stories of people being nit picky but in reality it's a $45 dollar alignment which is a steal. He works fast and knows what he's doing.
